Hello Adam. My brother Tim and I started watching your videos in July along with Justin's and Jacob the Carpetbagger. He died yesterday of a damaged heart. On weekends we'd watch a weeks worth of your videos and watch one after work. At the end of January he went to the hospital and found out he had an afib. He spent six days in and was released. Five days later he went back in for three more days. As soon as he got out the first thing he wanted to do was watch some of your videos. He said to me, "I haven't seen those guys in a while." Thursday he went back into the hospital and ended up on life support. Yesterday his girls made the hard decision to take him off life support. I just wanted you to know how much joy you brought to him and me in the last six months. Once the funeral is over I'll come back to watching. I am glad you were here as our video friend. I know that he'll still be with me as I continue to watch your adventures. Thanks again.
Sorry for your loss Bradley and I appreciate you sharing the info about Tim with me . My condolences and glad I could at least contribute a smile or two in his direction while he was ill .

So glad you went to Hot Springs! The Ozark building is a working museum to see how they bathed in the Hot Springs back in its hayday. I visited it when I was 12 back in the early 90's. From what I hear it's still free.

I immediately recognized the thumbnail as being of wax statues of the King and Queen Of Hearts. They used to be on display at the (now closed) wax museum they had at the Wisconsin Dells (the same ones maybe?)...it was also a "Josephine Tussaud" establishment.
Hope he stays in Arkansas a good long while....SOOOOO WONDERFUL seeing bits from home again.... been to Hot Springs many times.

My Grandpa lived in a little Town in Arkansas called Bismark, I am not sure how far you are away from Bismark but I do remember when we visited we went to Hot Springs and Arkadelphia.

Nicholas Brewer Ashtabula County has the longest covered bridge in the country. There is also the historic site and cemetery from the Ashtabula Train Disaster. Not to mention it's rich history of the Underground Railroad.

This was awesome. You are only a couple of hours away from me. My family and I saw that wax museum last time we were in Hot Springs but didn't go in. After watching this I'm sort of glad we didn't go in there. I will have to check out that Star Wars store next time I roll through Hot Springs.

I love vacationing in Hot Springs-so relaxing there! If you're still in town, there's a big Pancake shop on the main strip. super good coffee and holy cow their pancakes are amazing. And btw my 7yr old daughter Olivia has started watching your vlogs. She is super impressed and wanted to say hi!

I have been through the wax museum. The most interesting thing is actually all the relics from and history of the casino. You should have showed the elegance of the preserved bathrooms! There is this wild shoe repair shop down the road a bit, it's been there like 100 years. It totally looks abandoned but the old man still works in there!!! It's freaky! We always stay at Prospect place, it's a B&B just up the hill from Maxine's. It's a beautiful Victorian mansion. As you walk up that way there are all these stairs that leas into these empty lots, stairs to nowhere, they are creepy and i just imagine the glorious Victorians that were once there. Have a lovely time!

It was fun to see Pat Nixon standing beside her husband and Prince Charles and Lady Diana with the Nixons. I would highly recommend riding "The Ducks" in both Washington DC and Phildadelphia. They are both very historic and lots of fun. Our family really enjoyed both of those Duck tours.

sadly, no one saw it comin' in the Pres. box in Ford's theatre....they were mesmerized by the play....Hot Springs is a neat town...we went there on our honeymoon and also went to the horse races. The steam baths are great.
5:37 shows the hotel my ex and I stayed in on our honeymoon. great town for such things. the pool was on the roof. beautiful place to relax and take it all in. this vid makes me want to return for a second trip.

I'm from Hot Springs. You caught something on video that very few people know. The statue of the woman watering the animals. Look again at footage. The deer antlers were intentionally turned backwards.
Ugh, I went to the "college" down in Hot Springs, Arkansas that is the building right behind of the bathouse on the hill. I always walked around the downtown district and eat Fat Bottom girls cupcakes, the Joe bar and grill, romancing the stone, the magician theater, and had hook ups.
ALL RIGHT!!!! My old stomping grounds, Hot Springs! I lived there for a few months when I was married and my ex was transferred there. Loved the place. Thanks for the memories. I remember most of this.

You're right Adam, a lot of famous guys (Mafia mostly) loved to go to Hot Springs. It's the only place where a the entire TOWN is a National Park.... I hope you can make up north to Eureka Springs.... you will LOVE that town!!!!! Ghosts and the home of Carrie Nation!!!!
I've been to Hot Springs and it is a lovely place. We did the bath and they actually cool the water down for you because it is too hot. We also went to that Wax Museum and it was awesome.

The Sunken Gardens in St Petersburg, FL, at point had wax figures as part of the garden museum depicting Bible scenes. there also at one point a Toussands was museum in St Pete. Beach.

You need to check out Wisconsin Dells then they were the first to have those WW2 Duck Tours, The Original Ducks it goes thru the woods up and down big hills and into the Wisconsin River and Lake Dellton.

BILL STALKER exactly that's what I would suggest too. I think I've read somewhere that the type of rock in the Dells and the way it's formed is found only 2-3 places in the world too if I recall right. The Dells ducks are really worth waiting for Adam!!! Seriously. 👍🤗

Several years ago there was a fire at the wax museum and the people working down town said it was really gross seeing the figures with melted faces.

There is a place there called Tiny Town. A miniature town made of all trash and debris pieces found. It's pretty neat and the owner is a hoot!!

I enjoy watching this video this morning that is cool you visited hot springs. You ought to visit eureka springs,arkansas and check out that town of the famous crecent hotel and other spots there. i live in berryville i dont live far from eureka springs it only takes 30 minutes to drive there. In berryville,arkansas we have the old court house museum,sanders museum.

The Medical Building you were in front of around 2:23 was just that - a medical building full of doctors' offices. Downstairs used to be two dress shops, one of them being Fine's, which was considered in the 1970's to be one of the best shops in Hot Springs. (I grew up there. That's how I know this completely useless information. :)) The fountain behind you around 3:14 used to be shut off during the winter for a manger scene. How do I know? My younger sister played Mary the first year they did this.
The Madame Tussauds in Amsterdam Holland really captured my attention... Just wanted to throw that in here.
Ha-ha! The Last Supper placeholder nameplates struck me as really funny, for some reason. And that caramel corn looks dee-lish! Esp. since I just got in to L.A. for a visit & left my half-eaten dinnertime doggy-bag on the table at the restaurant by accident & now have no nosh at all. I find it odd that u must walk up the stairs while the waxen celebs get to ride down the escalator. Freaky, too, the crucified Christ atop the stairwell to the stars. A friend of mine is from Hot Springs & recently told me about the workings of one of the upscale bathhouses her relative worked at, but I never knew that even the city fountains utilized the hot spring water. Pretty cool, er, hot. 2nd Bob's Big Boy I've seen tonite. Is he making a rubbery revival?
