Lowther Castle Country House Ruin Walk-through

During my trip to the Lake District in June 2022 I decided to visit Lowther Castle which isn't an actual castle, it was a country house that used the name 'castle' which was used in a fashion by some stately home owners in the 19th Century. It looks to have some gothic revival style.
I was lucky to visit on an absolutely beautiful day with mostly blue skies. I hope that this video gives you a good overview of what is on offer. I would definitely recommend a visit if you are in the area. Very friendly staff too.

Interesting, I just found out John Lowther and his Wife Isabel Wyllan are my ancestors. Very beautiful place.

Thanks for your nice comment. I mostly use the DJI Pocket 2 (with attachable filters depending on how sunny the weather is). Nice and compact and light to use. Easy to learn. Good quality for such a small unit. Let me know if you need any more info :)
