I have explained all the basketball positions in hindi and what skills and attributes are required to play in these positions and what is the role of each position in basketball. I have also given examples of several NBA players who are the best in their respective positions and how you can learn from watching their videos.
This is a basketball tutorial for beginners in hindi where i teach how to play basketball in hindi, basketball rules in hindi and all the basics of basketball in hindi.

Restricted area mein neutral zone kia role play karta hai aur wo 0.40m hi kio hota hai kia karan hai is kaa aur usmein point mark hote hai 0.85m wo kio hote hai aur ek point 1.75m hota hai wo kio hota hai usko 0.85m bhi kar sakte thiye aur neutral zone dono taraf center mein hi kio mark hota hai.
