jbac xtrme while beings in different timelines run parallel, Zeno may be an exception. What he does in one timeline at a given point in time, another may not have done (and not due to whatever the difference is between one timeline from another).
For reference, this is from an OVA made in 1993: Dragon Ball Z: Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans . It came as a bonus in Raging Blast 2 (and is the only official release in the US and Europe).
This is the 2010 Remake of said 1993 OVA, bundled in with Raging Blast 2, the character designs are definitely modern Yamamuro style.
Which is why that Trunks timeline gag uses footage from the old one.

Yes this version was from a video game called "Dragon Ball Raging Blast 2" and it was a bonus feature you unlocked to watch. The actual name of the special is "Plan To Eradicate The Saiyans." There was a version of this created back in the 90's as an OVA with the original DBZ style of animation; it was reanimated and altered a little bit in the video game version. There has never been an official English dub by funimation and there might never be

"Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans" was originally an OVA created as a "visual guide" for a Famicom Game, and later released as a sort of CYOA game for the Playdia. Later it was remastered as an special feature exclusively sold with the game Raging Blast 2. This special is based on the remastered version.

The original OVA is only in Japanese and it is a "Choose your own Adventure" game that came out in 1993 for the Bandai Playdia.

The scenes of this movie are from a Japanese DBZ video game called "Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans". And the other scenes are from a DBZ movie called "Plan to Eradicate the Super Saiyans".
Except it's not a movie. It's a video guide, for a video game called "Dragonball Z Gaiden: Zetsumetsu Keikaku" not "Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans" that's the name of the OVA video, game guide. Which isn't a movie, it's a guide. That was later remastered for raging blast with all of game guides tips edited out

For those who don't know: The original movie is called The Plan To Eradicate The Saiyans. It was released only in Japan until the Raging Blast 2 video game came out on ps3, which included a remastered and dubbed version of the movie.
BTW if anyone wants to the know what this original movie is, it's called Grudge Against the Saiyans, a movie that was able to be watched on DBZ Raging Blast 2
