If he enters the draft this year he could be a mid to late round steal for a team since he wasn't 1 of the most talked about players this year

he can get better at scoring, because everytime he breaks loose he does alot of dancing than he runs out of bounds when he can just outrun them. but yeah he is still one ofthe best wr's in the country
He's like a diesel truck ... can't get up to speed ( as quick as Devine ) but he's not far off , once he is up to speed bet he doesn't get run down !!!!! I saw Noel get run down twice I believe . Once in the gator bowl Vs FSU I was shocked HA!
