This is so awesome you guys you have to buy it if your in law enforcement or the private sector I just bought this set right here it's phenomenal price
I have 4 different Safe Life vests. Each is a different configuration and carrier. Like my Hyperline the best. No problems with any of them when riding in a patrol car.
I bought the tactical uniform shirt carrier because of you! Now wishing I would have used the coupon code😂🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ I’m now saving up for the flexible plates. I’m going to be a security guard before becoming a cop. Nice video, I’m looking forward to seeing the quality of my new vest in person!
@dachiefofficial Do you know what is unfair to Fras? Everybody tested it as a stand alone plate rather than what it was meant for and that's as in conjunction with. Nobody has tested it with the accredited plate armor that makes it Level IV armor in the first place. What exactly would that Bernanke Black Magic do if if had the accredited plate to go wit it? Let alone those other pieces of ammunition that pierced it as a stand alone? How would it fair if you pair the full plate in conjunction with a smaller Fras plate in the place of the hard plate? Now that is a fair test to the Fras system sir. The same goes for this plate asxwell. Theyre all in conjunction with plates. Therefore none of the Safelife Defense plates were tested correctly. They qas misding the key component that made them level IV armor in which was the secondary armor that was to be conjoined to it to test it at the level IV armor level.
Boycot Safelife defense. They do not own up to mistakes. Manager just repeats what his script tells him to say. I had a poor fit and they strung me along until I could not return it. I even have emails from them . After looking at my photos showing them that there recommended size is too big. They still wouldn’t replace it.
Mine bulges I the front underneath the chin, at the belly button, shoulder blades. Now they suggested this size and when I brought up the issues, safelife gave me adjustment tips. But still not a good fit. And now I can’t return it and they won’t tailor the panel’s. I have promoted them and given them my business a couple time just this year. And they only care about the money and not the quality and taking care of the customer. And this is not just a product that you say “ oh well” too. It is for people who do EMS/Fire like my self . Police and security, like what I do. So they could take better care of us.
It’s really just a case where they cared more about whether or not they could resell it due to its shelflife versus somebody who has already proven to be a repeat customer being happy. I have a couple shops in my area that I specifically go to even though sometimes their prices might be a little bit higher, because of their quality of salesmanship. They want you to be happy so you don’t have to come back and exchange or get a refund. That’s why I go to certain places to do my shopping and I really was hoping that safe life defense would’ve been one of those companies. I even made it very clear I’m not trying to get a new vest out of them rather have the one I got or ready, just tailored so it would fit me a little bit better they weren’t even willing to entertain that thought the customer service in politeness went right out the window and immediately went to a defensive side. Very very unhappy with this company I will never ever promote them ever again
Well I have the tactical RTS composite plates and it’s ok but I have bought the safe life triple mag pouch, and belt, inner belt, torniquete pouch and it was the best product. Now I would to buy the outer carrier with the level 4 rifle plates and soft plates because I am a safe school officer and 2 of my co worker have it and it fits then nicely
So this set up if I'm understanding correctly will not defeat rifle calibers? In order to achieve that you'll need some type of soft armor behind the icw plates? How would you fit additional armor in these vests?
Unrelated. I'm noticing you're using the G Code holsters? I've come across other reviews on TH-cam saying that G Code are not necessarily ideal for MOLLE set up, but I'm seeing you've got all G Code holsters so how tight & secure would you say the fit is to your MOLLE vest? Any movement at all?
Bought a safe life defense tactical vest, waste of money. The fit after sending one back still doesn't pan out. Their carriers only work with their panels, you want a tactical carrier which works with most soft panels, I would recommend the Condor EXO Plate Carrier. Though titled a plate carrier, also a panel/vest carrier, save money and thank me later.
You should call safe life and ask to speak to Customer Service Manager, if it doesn’t fit and you would like to exchange I don’t see why we wouldn’t happily exchange for a fitting size… I work returns and exchanges for Safe Life … I encourage you to give us another call or you can also Email and request an exchange.
Synthetic materials such as tightly woven kevlar, ceramic & polyethelyn will degrade over time, the rate of which varies depending on the conditions to which they're subject. The average shelf life/service life for synthetic is 5 years & past this they will need replacing. Most companies will offer a 5 year warranty for this reason. If you're looking for something with a bit more longevity I'd recommend steel plates as they have an incredibly long service life & are usually warranty covered for about 10 years. Furthermore steel plates are capable of withstanding an onslaught of multiple hits while still remaining functional & reliable, whereas ceramic will catch the bullet, but will shatter on impact & will need replacing after serving it's purpose.
I recently received my iiia+ and I think my fitting is off, the vest doesn’t wrap around my back flush, the vest comes to a point at middle and pushed away from my back
Join the club dude. Their sizing chart is way way off. Unless you're built like these special forces characters and are fat or slightly so like 75% of The Americans it's not going to fit. I posted my trying on these vests and you'll see I'm 6'1" 250 plus pounds and it simply does not fit and it's a gigantic 6xl. th-cam.com/video/UFum29l-M9A/w-d-xo.html

Thanks for the explanation. I thought the tactical outer vest only did plates. Now I see the level iiia+ is interchangeable between vests, thanks.

What was wrong with the fitting ? Sorry these were just one of my options and I’ve seen mixed reviews on them but a lot of fitting issues

Why no laser-cut molle? Wouldn't that be the best of both worlds, tactical and concealable in one?

I just bought myself this bundle today, I wish you guys would throw in a baseball cap when we purchase a bundle
Just bought my boyfriend the tactical bundle , what plates goes best with this package if you are purchasing for a member of law enforcement ?

Really considering getting this upgrading from minimal plate carrier. Can I attach a chest rig to the front of tactical carrier

I have a concealable level 3A medium, brand new for sale. I still have the box too. Its to big for me & I missed the deadline to return it

Is it stab / slice proof
How long does it take for the delivery?
And what about a 6.0 210lbs large or medium
Does this really work? And does body Armory expire? Or is it a one time purchase

The IV ICW plates are mosaic ceramic tyle with polyethelyn backer. If you want steel I'd go with a different manufacturer.
