Today myself and my Happy Hour co-co-host Stevie White go to Cambridgeshire to eat the UK's best kebab.

Food looked really good Robbie. Definitely deserved a 10/10 from you and the lads. Best Turkish food I have ever had is in Ehrenfeld Cologne Germany called Kebapland. The name lives up to its kebabs and skewers.

Just watched three men eat a kebab for 12 minutes on a Saturday afternoon, and I enjoyed myself thoroughly. Cracking as always Robbie!
The chip rolled in doner is an absolute mark of an experienced kebab consumer.. beautiful. Berlin is the home of the doner, I had an incredible chicken one from a place practically next door to my hotel and every bit was mind blowing. Also, goes down really well with a bottle of radler

Literally live in caxton, they were so accomodating as im gluten free! Lovely people. Realised after i ordered that i asked for gluten free so double checked that i wanted completely allergen free and were perfect clean and fresh ingredients! Was lovely food!

This is hilarious, I drive by Caxton and Gourmet about 4 times a day. Always am tempted but never have tried it. In fact i went to the McDonalds opposite only today! I'm definitely trying the kebab next time im hungry.

Drove past this place on our way to and from Milton Keynes for the Women's Euros semi-final in midweek. Gave it a wave and a thumbs-up on the way out and had we realised sooner than just as we approached its services, then we could've had our stop there instead of the Costa in the Tesco on the A14 Milton Interchange (on the Cambridge bypass, not much earlier on our journey). Looked busy but was sadly shut on our drive home, passing at twenty to midnight, so no platter from Ozzi for me.😞

The BEST fish and chips I've ever stumbled across is The Magpie Cafe in Whitby Bay ❤️ and a beautiful beautiful place. Where dracula was written!

I’ve driven passed this place from the north for meetings, I should of followed Stevie and accepted a kebab at 1pm!
I used to drive past that kebab van at the Caxton Gibbet roundabout twice a day for over a year when I worked in that area... never in my life did I think about stopping there, I assumed it would be dodgy 🤣

Trouble with that is that everyone claims it. Used to live near a place that had a sign on the junction leading to their chip shop that boasted "award winning fish'n'chips" so one day we took the bait. Proper rank. Turns out the award was several years old and they'd obviously rested on their laurels since.
We regularly get an Indian menu through the letterbox bragging about an award they won at the Curry World Cup or somesuch that they really need to move on from - hang on, I'll check the draw with all the menus...Chef of the Year at the 10th Annual Bangladesh Caterers Association Awards...in 2015! Bleedin' Gregg Wallace as co-host in the pic.
...Should've added that the details say there were ten chefs that won the same accolade that night which makes it feel like those multi-category money-making award schemes that advertisers pay into to all 'win' to promote their product - the sort that Dave Gorman picked apart in his show on Dave a good few years back.

The best fish and chips in the UK is either The Magpie Cafe (Whitby) (according to The Hairy Bikers) or Steel's Corner House (Grimsby) - could even pay a visit to Docks, Robbie ;)
Hoddesdon is near to you and has 3 of the top 20 of Britains best fish and chips, believe it’s 1st,6th and 20th places

Best fish and chip award winning is in Exmouth, Devon, "Krispies" the home of the battered chip. They also have a great local brewery. Free accommodation available for you guys if you want to make a weekend of it! Fun fact; they were awarded the prize by Keith Chegwin

Thought I'd join favourite kebab shop - Istanbul Kebab in Aberystwyth that tax dodged for three years, so had cheapest kebabs for a while which was good.
Signed up for the 'free' beer - but almost impossible to cancel the subscription thereafter!
Beer 52 is a great service for beer lovers but is a pain to cancel in my experience. You have to phone them to cancel and mine was mysteriously disconnected 3 or 4 times when I mentioned I wanted to cancel.
