I purchased the hibiscus plants from qvc. due to the bad weather they did not doe well,one plant died. it was replaced when the weather improved all the plans grew and showed gorgeous flowers .ALL my stop and look. thank you very much and I do recommend you to everyone.
About 12 yrs ago I saw this beautiful hibiscus plant, not knowing anything about them I purchased it. I have know idea what kind it is. The stems are different they are just like bamboo. They grow up to about 10ft tall, beautiful large flowers. In late fall I cut it down to. the ground (about 6 in). In late fall I cut it down to the ground (about 6 in) comes up in early spring & blooms in about late July. Yes, it is in the ground all year. Please tell me what kind I have. I live in N Utah Margie Stone

The one's they use on the show are hand made fakes since they sell them before season,I got the same flowers in "mocha moon" and Plum fantasy" last year and this year they are huge and beautiful! The instructions say that it takes 24 months for full maturity and that's exactly what happened.
They get handmade silk flowers to wire to plants for shows and display purposes only even though I dont have one of these but one of my friends do and they are just beautiful they planted them in front of their house and people keep picking the flowers so they moved it to their balcony and now they have a balcony with ballesters full of huge flowers and since we live here in the philippines they have flowers all year round and its just stunning people even ask to go up to their balcony to take pics and sometimes take a flower or two as a souvenier
