Mate i am not gonna lie, i had my old trusty bottle with me yesterday and the evening was definitely not the same without ya boy Lewis. loving those master wheels btw, was actually stunned by how amazing they look, big ops that they gave it as a reward for the dev times as they could of easily charged hefty prices on the shop for such an amazing set of wheels!
I managed to buy all of the cosmetics all the way back on Spyro and Friends GP and I’ve got all of them whenever the next patch has gone live. The latest patch had around 110-120k coins worth of items. Didn’t buy any wumpa coins and earned all of them by playing the game. Only played the game during weekends. 10x coins really does a big difference.
I took a long break from online but just played a match today. Right after I hit the blue fire pad in Mega Mix Mania, I got hit with three items all at once and quit immediately. I'm now continuing my long break.

Lewis good luck on getting all the items from pit stop it will take you months. Right now I bought all paint jobs and wheels so I'm working on grinding more wumpa coins to buy the three remaining karts and skins alot of skins including the wasted recolor legendary skins which shouldn't be on pit stop.
I wish the online was still so full of people 😪 maybe we can hope for an eventual ctr 2 and it could even have the same feel as CTRNF but with a bunch of new tracks.
It takes a WHILE sometimes. The longest it has taken to do so is like half an hour? it's not worth doing it unless it's a weekend for the wumpa coin grind.

I'm pretty sure the biggest flex you can have at this point for everything but your character is: 1. Master Wheels 2. Champion Kart 3. First GP Decal (Doesn't need to be First, but the oldest = the most valuable) 4. Sour Patch Sticker (You could potentially trade this out for the Mint Spray and lose Platinum, or the Candy Kart (forgot what it was called) and lose the Champion Kart with First GP Decal, depending on your desired personal-taste:need-to-flex ratio. Definitely cannot lose the Master Wheel flex though.) 5. Platinum Spray I left the character out because even if I had the most valuable character+skin, I'd still swap between them and just characters I like that don't necessarily show flex (Ripper Roo forever). If you wanted to do make the character part of your flex, any of them where the skin came from the end of the GP gold tier would be good. Digitropy if you just couldn't give a shit either way and want to flex on people that can't beat Oxide yet. The reason I wouldn't do Digitropy instead of a Gold tier legendary skin is because the Master Wheels already show the highest tier of flex for the time trials; Digitropy is moot and irrelevant at that point, and so is the Velo champion decal by extension. Speaking of, what's the next-best thing for the decal? A GP that you had to have the game pretty much since launch to get the champion kart and decal for to finish in the Top 5%. I give you the ultimate flex. I'll be able to do it all besides a gold-tier legendary skin (I only ever got my champ kart and decal for the first GP and idgaf about Tanya) once I get my Dev Trials done. Congratulations on yours!

I followed those unwritten online rules too where I was stuck in a glorious lobby of me and only 3 other players and I won probably 7 races in a row. I didn’t place any items down just because I knew I was more experienced than them lol
It would be better if beenox made an elite mode that will only be unlock if you meet velo’s times and this has no items and you’ll get more coins if you win

nicolas santana nah weapons make it manageable, you might need to get used to the controls but you’ll be able to hold blue flame and uturn after a little bit of practise
I finally beat all the dev times. Of course, only after breaking one of my joycons, cause Meteor Gorge pushed me past my limit ( I suck at off-road jumping ). I'm not even happy I have the wheels, I'm just glad I never have to beat the times again. And if they add another super hard challenge in a future update, I'm not doing it, I don't care what the reward is.
