2:36 the shield in the movies is made out of pure vibranium. His comic book shield however is more tricky to pin down an exact composition. It’s had multiple iterations. He’s had vibranium/vibranium alloy, Uru metal, adamantium/ adamantium alloy, he had an osmium shield, the list goes on. In this game though since it’s based off the movie it’s going to be pure vibranium
I just wish it would’ve been the OG shield. They could always make up some plot point where they melt it down and reforge it as circular. I guess honestly I don’t even know how the comics explained the shield change or if they did so at all
@@GarC170 they actually did explain it later on. It was retconned a couple times, but the latest version explains that the original shield was crushed by Red Skull during a fight with Nazis. Cap, who was aided by Wakanda, was then given a circular shield by T’Challa. It’s relatively similar to the first explanation. He did have the triangular shield in the one movie. Before it was officially explained in the comics the reason he had switched to a circular shield was due to legal reasons. His character too closely resembled an MLJ character named Shield and they threatened legal action.
