My little bougainvillea is flowering but leaves are gradually brown spotting and drying up. Even new little leaves are are also damaged within few days of coming out. What to do? I need my plant to grow big now. I do not need flowers this year.

I have my boganvillia plants in pots in shade they don't give much flowers I water less pls suggest what should I do for more flowers
