My AVP told me that there is no point in giving a hike & better designation to girls because koi ladka kisi ladki ki salary ya designation dekh k shadi nahi karta.
So as per him, girls are only meant to get married & they don't need to be self dependent. You won't believe, he had only 2 children that to both girls. Aur wo unko doctor banana chahta tha.
