My father died when i am 7 years old and my bro is about 18 months... my mom started working as a waterwomen and we never felt that we didnt have our father with us.. she provided us everything.. and she complited her 10th now got promoted to record asst... and thank you mom love you proud of you...
Plot twist: With one video there could have been two stories if they had shown the maid as working mother too .that would have an another level impact..
I remember my mother getting up every day morning 3. Clock... She used to do all the house work and then leave for work... She used to travel daily to and fro 6 hrs.... She could have easily stayed in the work location... Morover that work location was my mothers home town... But still ahe travelled day and night.... Took very well care of the family... She used to come back home at 11.00 pm. Her sleeping ahe used to do in her train journey provided she gets a seat to sit.... Now looking back when i am working and when pressures of work make me irritated, i remember my mother, Iron Lady.....Truly a big salute to all the working ladies... They are just awesome....
I lost my father 13 years ago. Since then my mother has been the breadwinner of our family. She has toiled all these years and has given us good education. She hasn't ceased going to work even after all of us have started working. She still looks after us and cooks food for us. This video is so relatable. Reminds me how difficult it must have been for a maid, office attendant, cook to earn money and look after 3 kids. Thank you so much for this video......
Full time working women are actually half time mothers. And they get economic independence too which is a big help in today's world whereas a house wife does hard work for her entire life without getting good credits, ungrateful world doesn't even acknowledges her hard work.
My mother has been a working woman from before her marriage . During my birth she got a total of six months maternity leave . After I was born when I was about 2 months she had to join again . Now I am sixteen and from my childhood I have always been alone with maidens and babysitters . Thankfully I am having one brother . Now I want to make her feel proud of me.
I feel home maker have more work than a working mother because taking care of baby is more tough than working at office. Working mother will just leave the baby in day care or they will have baby sitter. If they do all the work for baby then they will feel it's better to go to office.
@I P They didn't show like that. Just leaving baby to baby sitter and going to office. If u spend time to take care of baby all working women will come to know how difficult it is. I hope because of lockdown lot of working women would have understood it.
@I P Women can go for job if job is needed for her to run her family, but if she goes to job to buy house and car then motherhood is dead here. I will appreciate a mother who cant even offer baby sitter to take care of their children and taking care of both family and work.
@I P I simply meant it's easy to go to job leaving kids to anybody. Its same like before marriage also going to job. Just going to office and coming back to home all households are done by maid. No worries. I have heard some of my friends told me that to avoid doing household work only they are going to job. I don't wanna argue with u for this silly thing. In olden days women worked in fields and tea and coffee estates by carring their kids in their shoulders with them.
Made me cry..this is also for the women who loves their work but also can't leave house hold responsibilities, in this situation a little helping and understanding from the management means a lot..but we lack this help and understanding in reality.
I do feel this in a same way my mother is also a working woman and she use to handle all these things in such a proper way and always hide her pain behind her best smile .. love u maa

Working mothers are angel. God gives them extra power to take care of their career and family simultaneously . My mother is also a working mother so I can feel this deeply. 💕
I've realised this fact once I saw the tight schedule of one my senior. She's to her routine work with us. That she'd a kid of 2-3year old cute boy. That time some day care kind of school was there (only partial). She has to go pick her baby, then feed her. Our boss was so kindful, and he supported her, he'd made necessary arrangements in our working place so that kid can sleep there until evening. Infact I was staying in the same flat where we used to do our research works. That was also arranged by our sir. A lot of flexibility was there. That was one of my best time in my life. I've done some decent works because of his immense support. That bahanji also supported me a lot. 🙏
When my mom was about to leave for school (as she is a school teacher) in the morning, she used to send me to our neighbours house so that I don't cry. Now, I understand how hard it was for her to work, maintain the family, raising two kids, cooking, households and what not! May Allah bless all the mothers. I LOVE YOU ammu!❤️
Fairytale story....obedient aya....understanding colleagues....nice boss.......decent husband..awesome office environment....office nearby residence.....sobre baby...everything in place...well.. reality, unfortunately is not so amazing...ask my mother and billions of other working women.....Happy mothers day to all mothers who face extreme hardships to bring us up.
Really.. I'm so grateful to my mother!!! She brought me me alone when my dad was in a different state of the country and I used to hear him only through telephone calls. Moreover my mom was a central government officer where politics is at its peak and yet she managed me and made me study despite all that stress and tension!! And only because of her I have come a long way in life!! ❤️💕😘!! That's why mother's love is so beautiful and unconditional. 💕😘!! Salute to all those mothers!! You are the backbone for every person including husband!! 👌🙏
Is she put maid for your take care when u r baby kid coz she is cental officer then how they manage whole day care of yours and coz whole day she is on work as your father is also nt at home please tell me

It does not really depend much on the company. It is all about how good is your reporting manager, what kind of relationship you have with her/him, and how important you are as an employee.
My mother is also a working woman. She is an architect. And we live in a Joint Family consisting of Grandparents, uncle , aunt, cousins. God only knows how she has managed to balance her professional and personal lives so seamlessly. Balancing Office work,Household chores and also raising me must have been so difficult. She's a SuperWoman.
Wish I could like this a hundred times over. Brought tears to my eyes. The stress and struggle but realization that someone was paying attention, appreciates, cares and makes life and work easier. Hope people can learn from this. This is what promotes loyalty and hard work from employees
seriously man our mothers are super stars we can handle our life without them my mumma’s is also an working lady i know how’s she manage salute to all mothers of this world love 💗
My mom. ❤ I remember when I was younger I used to be so angry with mom that she never spent much time with me. I saw my other friends whose mothers were housewives and they'd be with them always and I would feel jealous and even wanted my mom to leave her job. Until I grew up only to realise the sacrifices she makes for me everyday.
Tuma Al-mughairy don’t worry friend, this little concern of your would make her a lot of difference. Just respect and support them with all your heart.
Anurag true true...thank u Actually us, the today's kids don't really appreciate our parents, we r just concerned with our own tiny world, busy with friends and use of social media, but they are still here for us, no matter wat😓
For office worker . We have baby rooms .. As most of parents work so we have our own baby sitters who look after all the baby under 3yrs . They took care of baby at working hours. Its not bad as baby are with otherbabies so they can socialize a little better than bieng alone.
This mother reminds me so much of my own. My dad's work forced him to travel and/or work longer hours. And at that time, my mom (she was around 30) wanted to pursue art and animation. She would bring four year old me to the institute where she studied. She never once complained, and her friends treated me like I was their own kid. I am so thankful to her. She has never put me in daycare or under the care of a sitter, she always made sure she was there for me. My dad did, too. They still do :)
I don't know how my mom manages everything smoothly being the Principal of a college 👏... Working moms always keep their professional life and personal life different
The husband is not irresponsible, it was totally their decision, how things should work, their decision to start up a family, have a baby. It might've been the father in her place too! There is so much problem with proper employment, we all have to adjust a bit😅😊 But yeah, sometimes parents should consider in sharing the responsibilities of their child, equally.
@@srishtighosh2083 nice positive feedback. but whar really bothers me is that in the video "the husband says he is tired of travelling". these misandrists didnt even listen to the video dialogues correctly
Yes me too he is not thing of her wife that total wrong she is his daughter too, only is not responsible of a mother to care about child it father responsible too. we should support every woman either is working lady, housewife or single mother but the good thing is her boss is very supportive 😍😍😊God gives everyone this kind of bosses to understand how mothers feel in those times when child is growing up and when alone they are growing kids
Boss is really respectable because I never saw a such type of boss who understands that ( her hardwork , sincerity, and family situation) which is not generally found in boss in this era. They only need there work that's it chahe kisi ke ghar ka kuch bhi sceene ho they didn't care .
Not all offices are like that. People judge you for having a baby. They don’t understand your situation. And will eventually stop giving you work. And you’ll stop getting promoted. This is the reality. There was a girl in my office, super talented, super amazing. But she was not given a very important project because she was a mother. Not all bosses are like that. Eventually you have to choose between your baby or your career. Which is why women stop working after they become mothers.
Aayushi Gupta yep brutal reality. I hope this video may bring the change in corporate governance, we need this. And this would definitely boost their employees relationship repo
Aayushi Gupta and in the west, working mothers are quite spoiled lol. Their non parent colleagues make up for their work which is just as bad. It was wrong of them for not giving that lady the project if she was capable. Maybe those with family should get some extra time at least. The reason why mothers in thw east and west don't get time is because MEN still don't do 50 per cent. They come home and everything is sorted by women. As women we need to make sure they pitch in.
That’s not completely true. My mother never left the job. And she is still a working woman even after getting retired because it doesn’t matter what kind of workplace you have. If you want to work, no matter what happens, no one can stop you from working.
You don't have to choose such a shitty job where a mother has no value....we don't educate our girls...just because at the end they have to leave everything n stuck at home...it's true some like to be homemakers and that is a very good thing....but those who don't want it...let them work peacefully....it's true some morons will be always Der to judge...but nobody can do any harm ... unless u r weak-minded...n the govt is also taking steps to encourage working mother to work in better environment...
Thanks maa for leaving ur meeting and coming to home just because I was a bit sick!.... Totally relatable...Thanks filter copy 💜 .... Bigger thanks maa❤

Sorry for your loss 😣

Shourjo Sarkar not true..... there are accomadating bosses. if the employee is good, they don't wanna lose them
Eleanor Christine Sanctis I agree...exceptions though rare can exist....all we can do is hope for the best prepare for the worst...
True! Exactly what i was thinking! 👌

Mine too... I feel so bad to leave. We really want to support our husbands but who cares. Not even a single word. It's OK. Just move on. Everything is for your love..
Then how do u manage kis k pass chor k jaty ho ap??
U r best ❤️ ur child will be proud ❤️
Did anyone notice that the husband cannot even be an emotional support for his wife..wats the whole point of being financial supportive...
Not even financially. He wasnt really supportive of her to leave job
That's when i start questioning on the idea of marriage... are people really marrying each other or its just a social contract
@@rashuharshu exactly same thing comes in my mind everyday that why we get married...
@@rashmikharosekar moh maya ..we let fear and desire control us
@@rashuharshu I disagree. I have a 8 month old and I am working full time. My husband totally supportive in all the things. Be it household, baby, job everything.
My mom has gone thru this. This relates so much.. A life of a working mother is very tough something which we can never imagine. I loved this video so much..❤ its totally great.❤

Does this kind of private company really exist??If yes then I really wanna to join there
some do give favours if employee is amazing.
It does not really depend much on the company. It is all about how good is your reporting manager, what kind of relationship you have with her/him, and how important you are as an employee.
@@AbhijitDas-xt6zx yes. it all depends on the employee
Me also
Really a coll boss & company
My mother is also a working woman. She is an architect. And we live in a Joint Family consisting of Grandparents, uncle , aunt, cousins. God only knows how she has managed to balance her professional and personal lives so seamlessly. Balancing Office work,Household chores and also raising me must have been so difficult. She's a SuperWoman.
Where r u from in India??
Wish I could like this a hundred times over. Brought tears to my eyes. The stress and struggle but realization that someone was paying attention, appreciates, cares and makes life and work easier. Hope people can learn from this. This is what promotes loyalty and hard work from employees
seriously man our mothers are super stars we can handle our life without them my mumma’s is also an working lady i know how’s she manage salute to all mothers of this world love 💗
I must say, it's really really heart touching ❤❤❤❤
Awsome ✌✌✌ lots of love 😘
I don't know why people dislike such great videos
Ya Bro
Ikrr
They must be bots
Not everyone is fortunate to have a workspace and a boss like that
Thinking about wat my mom is going through...this made me shed little tears of joy 💗
Tuma Al-mughairy don’t worry friend, this little concern of your would make her a lot of difference. Just respect and support them with all your heart.
Anurag true true...thank u
Actually us, the today's kids don't really appreciate our parents, we r just concerned with our own tiny world, busy with friends and use of social media, but they are still here for us, no matter wat😓
For office worker . We have baby rooms .. As most of parents work so we have our own baby sitters who look after all the baby under 3yrs . They took care of baby at working hours. Its not bad as baby are with otherbabies so they can socialize a little better than bieng alone.
Excellent....he deserve the word called "The Man"
Such a beautiful thing. It’s been a year that I saw my mother. I miss her so much.
Beautiful concept&direction . 💞💞
I can't even explain it in my words.... especially that last moment when she brought her in office 😍😍😍😍filter copy...hats off
This mother reminds me so much of my own.
I remember my mom taking me and my sister to her office.. great memories came back.. thanks a lot guys!! the concept was tooo good..
Vikram Subrahmanya LoL yes my mom too hats off to mom (our moms)
Should your mom put you nd your sis in office nursery or where you 2 live as kid when mom busy in office works
I don't know how my mom manages everything smoothly being the Principal of a college 👏... Working moms always keep their professional life and personal life different
Am I the only one who is angry on her husband's irresponsibility 😊
ya. the husband shouldn't be travelling to provide for the family.
The husband is not irresponsible, it was totally their decision, how things should work, their decision to start up a family, have a baby. It might've been the father in her place too! There is so much problem with proper employment, we all have to adjust a bit😅😊
But yeah, sometimes parents should consider in sharing the responsibilities of their child, equally.
@@srishtighosh2083 nice positive feedback.
but whar really bothers me is that in the video "the husband says he is tired of travelling". these misandrists didnt even listen to the video dialogues correctly
Murtaza Rizvi exactly.
@@meenakshivyas92924 please tell me is your mom put any maid or what for whole day care of yours when u r baby kid
