Anarchy in the arena was wonderfully chaotic. In addition to everything John and Wai covered, I liked that Okada was dressed in his regular wrestling gear as if he was about to wrestle a classic at Wrestle Kingdom. The crowd complemented the chaos perfectly with the “we want music” and “please help Darby” chants. On a show that was very good but probably one or two matches too long, I was completely re-energized by Anarchy in the Arena. Great performances by everyone involved.
WELCOME TO THE SH-T SHOW, indeed! The only thing this match needed was a guy, standing on top of the Scapegoat bus, playing a fiery guitar, Mad Max style. The crowd was chanting earlier, "We want fire!" But when Darby Allin actually did it, the 8000 folks in that arena were stunned and left in SHOCK!

Did they have to hang some one from the ceiling? On the 25th anniversary of Owen with Martha in attendance? I'm sure she ok'd this but why even think to do that? It added nothing.
There's zero comparison point to the things you mentioned. Just pearl clutching.
Owen Hart fell from the rafters after Vince McMahon cut the budget on rigging, Darby Allin was hung maybe 6 feet off the ring mat.
@@kingofthenorthpw Of course you ignore the obvious parallel at this time. Anything to enjoy your garbage indy wrestling. Inconsiderate people like you are part of the problem. I'm sure you were OK with the drowning spot in the stadium match right after Shad Gaspard died too. As long as your favorites get their dumb indy spots in.
I'm certain Martha would have been privy to the spot prior.
It sounds like you are trying hard to make the two things correlate.
