We cut the leaves and Flowers and buds because they all take away all the energy from the cutting and roots has to struggle a lot come out ,sometimes they may not come out at all.... Simple cut down all the leaves and appendages , whole energy will be used to grow the roots....
And better we leave two to three good leaves as they help in photosynthesis and generating energy

Cocopit me cutting lagaiye aur paani bahut kam use kijiye. Jyada paani ke wajah se cutting neeche se sadne lagta hai. Leaves toh niklenge kuchh hi dino me lekin agar 2 mahine cutting survive kar gaya toh rooting ho gayi samjho. 3 mahine se pehle plant ko galti se bhi transfer nhi karna. Ho sake toh ek permanent jagah laga do.
