Maybe if it were on a room timer it would be more balanced, like after 3 rooms they disappear. Or if they touch any projectile they disappear, they still wouldn't block it but a projectile would delete any wisp it touches, or both.
You should definitely try out «Improved & Reworked Foes» mod that is trending right now! Adds difficulty to the enemies that really lack it which usually stay afk most of the fight while also removing bs attacks and unpredictable moves from previously considered unfair foes. I want to see a mod that flavors the holy mantle when you pick up a heart. Like picking up a black heart causes the effect to go off the next time you lose the shield, and the same thing can go for golden hearts. A bone heart might cause an effect like when you lose a brittle bones heart. A rotten heart might just give you flies on the spot, or maybe a fly every room you pass without losing the mantle. And I can't think of anything special for soul and red hearts rn.
Red Hearts would let you play blood donation machines with your mantle (similar to the heart token mod) Soul Heart could let you have something like a 5% increased deal chance while holy mantle is unbroken.

I think R key is great because you can get more post it notes with an already powerful run. On a modded run where you aren't unlocking anything, I would rather have mega mush
Hutts tear det with haemolacria has a special thing if you use tear det when hemolacria splits it will split the frags and refresh them into normal hemo shots causing them to split again

This makes a bit no sense because the lost has the birthright which removes useless items for the lost and it so happens, that hp ups are also removed. So if you are playing with this mod, birthright is a downgrade, which kinda makes no sense
