Aerial - Tricking Tutorial

Aerial is a fundamental trick in tricking. Learn it using this easy progression line:
1. Blaster with and without a hand. Stretch your hamstrings before you do this. Throw your upper body down side ways like I do in the video.
2. Blaster but you jump in the end.
3. Jump earlier and you got yourself an aerial 👍🏻
Don't jump off a completely straight leg. Bend it and try to jump high. Check how I use my arms on the slomo clips.
