Churma Laddu | Ganesh Chaturthi Special Sweet Recipe | Chetna Patel Recipes

Churma Laddu
Take a Big Bowl and add
1+1/2 Cup - Sooji ( Barik )
3/4 Cup - Wheat Flour
Mix Properly then add
1/4 Cup - Ghee
Again Mix With Hand Properly
Knead Atta With
1/2 Cup - Luke Warm Water
Knead a dough , use little ghee and spread over
Rest for 10-15 min
And Make Small Muthiya
Fry in Hot Ghee or Oil till Golden
In Same Pan add
1/3 Cup - Almond Chopped
1/3 Cup - Cahsew
Fry in slow Flame till Light golden
Switch off the flame and add
1/3 Cup - Rasins
Fry Little
Keep everything aside
Take Muthiya and Grind it in Mixie
Remove in Bowl then add
1 tsp - Cardamom Powder
Above Dry Fruits
Mix Properly
Take a Pan and add
1/2 Cup - Ghee
3/4 Cup - Jaggery
Mix , only Melt the Jaggery
And add into above Mixture and Mix Properly and Make a Ladoo
If need add
2 tbsp - Ghee
Mix and Make Ladoo
Garnish With Poppy Seeds and Serve
