Love her!! I’m currently listening to her book Becoming on CD. She is a beautiful person and is from Chicago, where I’m living now! My 3 answers to questions are: 1. Monica is my mentor. We have brunch every Quarter to discuss our goals and connect. 2. Lessons I have learned from Monica is to speak your truth and remain grounded. 3. Book I’m reading this week is: CEO of Everything by G. Vaz-Oxlade and V Royce. Thanks Evan, you are an inspiration. It was great seeing you on tour in Chicago!!

Lesson : failures are illusion and negative perceptions for most. you can see it as a failure or learning, he told me to imagine myself as a boxer when you come across challenging people or situations, the best boxer gets up no matter how many punches and how badly he is bleeding. Get up and get going. The world is full of excuses and sad people don't be another one there are already enough!

My single most important mentor is you Evan.
There are many lessons I'd learned from you but the the one I remind myself daily is taking actions & maintaining consistency. Taking actions towards my goals however little or big & being consistent with taking actions would help me to be successful.
I'd started reading "You can heal your life" by Louise Hay and want to complete it this week.

@Karishma Chaudhary I am in the mid of this book already & I would surely recommend this book to you! It's a great book & there are some exercises to do and when those are done sincerely it would make all the difference! It's a book to replace the negative limiting beliefs and to improve yourself & be successful in life. You'll also find the free audiobook version available in TH-cam. 👍

GREAT points. There aren't enough parents encouraging their kids to seek their passion. It seems that most of us - whether solely through example / environment or by mouth - are taught to just get some type of job to pay bills and then retire and die.
Working a job that you HATE is absolute HELL.

I truly appreciate and believe in our formal First Lady. I agree with all five of her rules. Rule # 2 reminds me of my dad. He was a reader and he insisted that we had to read. We couldn’t throw away our books, he said that books are knowledge and we can always go back to research for information. I love Michelle dearly.

It's sad how people immediately judge Michelle Obama you wonder if its solely racial. She's an inspiration, you don't have to like her to respect her.
