For who doesn't know the way to get the other characters is going to the mario party where the islands are look around try to find them zoom in to get them they should be like black dots

Yeah! I recorded "All Minigames" first (except for the boss minigames, because they weren't unlocked), then I played through storymode to unlock the bosses, and I uploaded All Minigames before this one. Great observation!
