I don’t get wizards print frog knowing it’s gonna e a staple just to ban out of legacy for sure and likely modern eventually likely will get through till next year next ban cycle
So is oculus a must play for this deck now or more of an option? I’m on the fence about it as I JUST now bought the deck in paper so I’m unsure of whether or not to rebuild it with this card yet haha.

Answer is yes to occulus. I list nearly 30 games in a row w frogtide. Now I win way more than I lose w fogulus! However, the eldrazi matchup is nearly unwinnable.

I agree that it's too good for legacy for similar reasons to ragavan, but I highly doubt it's ever getting banned from modern

Did you build the frog murktide version, because I think both decks are valid rn, diff play patterns but both good
