They HAVE to name it Counter-Strike 2, a simple number 2 in the name can be so amazing for marketing of the game even though all it is is just a port to Source 2

I guess if we get any more info or invitation regarding the continuation of the old sheet of players who tested CSGO into the Source 2 testing, it should be closer to releasing. CSGO had testers up to 4 full years before releasing via written application and all. Beta also doesn't count into the X year coin or anything like that. (we got no tags or medals for it tho :(((, the only way to ID a fellow tester was if they had the achievements around the time they were released, and before the game release) Looks like for now its NDAs only, but I highly doubt that they won't be doing more "open" testing in the future.
what about the community servers? i heard that the new engine will use new model and new map files. so it may cause lots of issues . those plugins cant be fixed in a short time

If Nvidia is in on it then AMD and Intel are likely too. Unless this is the dedicated hardware valve build for the QA testers just with Nvidia as partner. Intel has the newer graphics cards and I have one of them. I will try to dig around in the driver, config files and Arc Control to spot anything similar.
Valorant sucks, but I don't see how a graphics upgrade could kill it. The biggest upgrade in my opinion is Source 2's Hammer, making levels is gonna be so much better now.

CSGO on Source 2 is getting overhyped and everyone is enjoying that but what I'm afraid are the workshop maps. Man, they will break and it's not as easy to port them all as everyone says.
