The reaction at 5:32 is literally my favorite reaction ever, out of the countless thousands that I've seen on the internet over the course of the last decade or so. It is brief, forceful, and exasperated self-awareness in the face of pure insanity. The solid pause sets up the timing beautifully, and the mild accent is the icing on the cake. Total perfection.

He dressed the mannequin in the clothes of his victims and used their recorded screams as the mannequin's voice. That's why it has so may different tones. Watched it a few months ago and still gives me nightmares O-O
That's not true. There is a lot of creepy pasta surrounding that video and this is another one. Check Vsauce's 'Why are things creepy?' Video, he talks about it
