he wasnt, z just nerfed soooooo hard that even though clem played like a nub, getting ALL his ghost fungelled again and again and again and again, with ZERO punishment bc the nerfs are so fking wild... seriously mass ghost+lib+few medivac and he easy mode destroyed 300 supply of its counter. how is that not broken as fk while constantly going into traps and getting mass fungelled.... so sad to see clem play so bad in comparison to serral and see how so many years off nerfs has fked the balance completely. serral is god at this, fk bliztard and fk T easy mode constant buffs while all counters are nerfed to crap untill even far worse players can 2 unit the best player in the world by far for YEARS... stupid and aggravating
there literally was an infestor walking through his entire army in his base then setting up behind them and waiting an extra 15 second for the rest off the army, getting perfect engage and still nothing... thats the equvalent to landing a nuke on your opponents army and its the kind off thing we laugh over can happen in low elo games; yet even such insane mistakes and none from serral and clem still wins.. so ridiculess
games 3-4 where crazy, clem is doing great and it is good to see, i hope in the next year we will still see some growth from serral, i cant say if clem learned him and went around the bereaucratic, solved ideas, is it the maps, man sc2 is in a way much more complicated than chess to understand, not in mechanics, but in that there never is clarity
I've tried to use Clem Turtle style on the ladder. It's insane, especially aganist Zerg, but it can also work against Terran. Probably it could work against Protoss but would be extremely hard to pull off. This Kid in strategies and positional play is incredibly good!
game 2 seems to confirm that even Serral has trouble beating widow mines with ling-bane - makes me think that banelings are not a good counter to widow-mines...
I’m Zerg and I don’t consider it bad mannered, it’s just another tool that Terran has, playing the game means using the tools that your race has. That said, I do think that Terran’s hability to mine one corner of the map using the energy from a building in the opposite corner is too powerful. So is being able to instantly spawn a healer for half of their army in any map. In short, I think mule drops should be nerfed, for example by having a max range, a delay before the mule can do anything, or both.
