Tekken 8 Yoshi looks like a revamped version of Tekken 3 and I'm all for it.
Tekken 3 was definitely one of the highlights of designs for Yoshimitsu, so having his Tekken 8 look reflecting that is awesome!

@@SmokeMamba-pi5xk Yes, there are two Yoshi's. Tekken Yoshi that we all know and then there is Soul Calibur Yoshi who is Tekken Yoshi's ancestor. That is Bandai Namco's reason for him being in both Tekken and SC.
I love how in the other games he is a samurai cyborg/samurai, except in Tekken 7 where he's a fucking alien 😂

I used to like his more traditionnal look in Tekken 2 with hits conical hat, coupled with the forest it gave an aura of mystery. Always hard to take him seriously with the laser sword.
I liked tag 2 he looked good there.
One of the most iconic fighting game characters of all time. Definitely in the top 5. Not many other characters get consistent playable “Cameo” appearances in other fighting games separate from their original.

He doesnt appear in many different fgs apart of his own. He is a mainstay veteran in SC, and he appeared in SFxT, that is a crossover, that's all. Thats not many... unless all SC releases are being counted, but then thats not a fair argument. With that forced logic of counting all releases its easy to "prove" that a lot of other fg chars are among "the most iconic of all time".

Tekken 3 and Tekken Tag are my favorite and only designs I’ll accept from Yoshimitsu 😂 everything else was kinda crazy and I was confused as to why they keep choosing to massacre my boys looks like that 😂. Tekken 8 looks like an upgraded version of the previous ones from 3 and Tag and I’m here for it as well😂

His personality in that game is also fucking perfect. The insane voice lines and ridiculous noises he makes just really elevate his goofy ass moves and playstyle and i really hope they try to capture that essence in T8. It made me unable to get into T7 as much since he was just a weird alien thing compared to the magnificent edgy shitlord he was in SC6

@@talk-supersix-seven6021 I think his SC renditions are pretty similar cuz everything you just described is also present in SC6 and its perfect lmao. Including the self stab(seppuku) which is easily the most hilarious way to end a match since its unblockable and does more damage to the opponent than to you if you do the turn around seppuku

Soulcalibur had one of the funniest versions of Yoshimistu using his sword as a Helicopter and uses his puppet moves to defeat an opponent in oddly ways🚁🚁.

If you notice Yoshi from Tekken 8 resembles to Yoshi from Tekken 3, Yoshi Tekken 3 design was his most iconic design… this is the main reason way in Street Fighter x Tekken he looks like that.

I can’t determine which I like the most. The thing I adore about the designs is that there all different. I do like the ST X TEKKEN one just cause the art style of his design looks pretty cool and I like the highlights of the lines in the design. Favorite character of any fighting game as far as design variety goes. They love tinkering with his looks which for character design lovers like me, makes every new release an exciting one to anticipate.
Out of all Yoshimitsu Tekken 7 was the only style I didn't like but the rest love it!
