Don't come to the same place more than once? As it no longer works to log out and scan again or claim the same blueprint twice. Just wasted a few hours on this and it really was not fun.
@@seanowens3153 jumping 600ly with a 30 FSD range vs 40 FSD range makes a lot of difference. 20 jumps vs 15? I'll take 5 less jumps anytime. And if you're going to Colonia, that's 667 jumps vs 500 jumps.
I did a few of the guardian modules back in 2017-2018?, at that time only a handful of guardian ruins were mapped took almost a week of 2 hours a day to collect enough data on forums and cannon research articles to not flounder and spend equal game time getting the blueprints. Your website, commanders toolbox is a huge time saver. As a long term player with 1900hrs I can not thank you enough for saving me some days of research, allowing me to complete more play loops in the same amount of gameplay. However, just as youtube has become a crutch for skill learning for a majority of people ; I would not have enjoyed and put the time I have into this game early on, if there was walk through guides for everything. Because I needed to do a lot of out of game research and organize it myself, I earned a much more immersive experience than I could have by just following a guide. I am not saying these tools shouldn't exist, I just feel that long term players and content creators might be doing new players a disservice by directing new players to the easiest path. I’m a long term player since 2015 and without guide like this I wouldn’t be able to do any of this sort of thing, nor would I have even known about some of it. While I understand the view that it does decrease the connection some players have to the game in the long term by making things easy, a lot of people want to do it but don’t have the time or the brainpower leftover from life to figure all of it out themselves. I don’t want to have to wait years or months and months and months to get things I’d have to figure out myself. It would make me want to drop it completely.
All that time spent unlocking all the modules, ships & most of the weapons and I never realised that the destructible panels spat out specific materials. I just assumed it was random! 🤦🏻
EDengineer can be used to track how many components and data you still need to collect to unlock various Guardian tech. This is especially useful if you are unlocking multiple tech items.
Hi ... In the description you should also show the body and sites, not just the system. I just went there and had open my browser and go through this video to find which body and sites I needed. Just a suggestion.
Now that I have the guardian fsd booster I can use my chieftain to farm these sites instead of trying to land my jumpaconda, thanks to your video for that 👍
Also wanted to say maybe it's just for me but on xbox I have to make the two pylons at the alter raise before any of the others will raise from the ground . It's been this way since February.
This spot is actuslly pretty sweet, guardian grind is the only one i dont mind much since i get to actually shoot with the SRV and do something other than just dropping by jameson crash site and scan endless data spots
@@Mimeniia it's an even bigger boost with engineering because some chucklefuck at frontier made the % improvement additive instead of multiplicative, so instead of a 50% boost increasing 20% to 30%, it increases it from 20% to 70% 8 boosters gives you something like a 700% boost
Despite parking my SRV exactly where you've shown 7:50 it will not go in the slot (plus it's dark as frig. How did you make the extra light under the SRV?). The artifact always seems to be ejected out the back instead of down.
There's another Guardian site (on a different different planet) that has 4 Guardian obelisks very close to each other, that you have to move only a few meters to scan all 4 of them - but I've lost the bookmark to it. It was featured in a video (possibly by D2EA) a few years ago, but it too I can't find now. Anyone know the system, planet & coordinates of this site?
Dunno whom to tell about this to update the map, but I found another Technology Component that isn't on the map: if you're right in front of the most central pylon, looking towards the altar, then diagonally to the left from you there's a panel in the wall.
just looking at the ruins makes me grown with frustration. though this is one that I have not unlocked yet so might as well put aside some time to do it.
I thought the same thing but it’s actually pretty fun. It only gets repetitive doing it for more than the essential guardian components such as frameshift booster and the SLF’s. Having a friend with you is even better.
@@gilbertguys3238 I just unlocked ONE guardian fighter. I was scanning and scanning and scanning all night. gave up. probably a good idea because the fighter just seems fun, not very useful perhaps. so hopefully this is less of a grind fest. I will try it this week.
Odyssey. Is it me, am I doing something wrong or are these bugs. Guardian site not giving me a blueprint when scanning the Orb after completing the task on Synuefe NL-N C23-4 B3, tried 3 times. Imagine the people who had to do this first, and have to figure this all out on their own! That's convoluted. For many it's about puzzle solving, a tradition in many video games. This is something lacking in most games now, since most people want instant gratification for as little effort as possible. Lame.

Well this video has left me searching for WHERE TO FIND GUARDIAN BLUEPRINT MODULE FRAGMENT... I scanned it but did NOT get a module blueprint. Just says "no new traits found". I think you sent me to this same place to get a blueprint before, but that was months ago. Guess, I just wasted my time here again? Same with the data, just get "no new traits found" maybe add an update to say that this no longer works? Actually think this makes it impossible for me to unlock this module. No way to get the data.
