I am 55 and I was with 5 men 3 was relationships and 2 mistakes I was 19 and I dated the guy for over a year before I did anything for the first time I was with the guy for 2 and a half years then i made a few mistakes then i met my husband in 94 and we split in 2008 and i have not been with anyone since him. I am not looking for someone but i do miss being with someone but I feel when i find the right one this time. I always only did something with someone if I felt like we was gonna be together.
The treating it like a sport thing reminded me of a B.Marley quote about how cowardly it is to awaken a womans love with no intent of returning that love and another quote i always loved saying hopes raised then dashed are cruel indeed. That said thats my view on playing with another heart or emotions without good intent is just not good.
To be honest as a 34 yr old female people need to realize your not just sleeping with that one person in that moment your in many ways are sleeping with with every person that partner had ever slept with, it’s how diseases are transferred.
I grew up in the 70''s and 80's where is was getting very popular to lose your virginity before you graduated high school. My husband and I got married in 1986 and were both virgins. We were 20 years old. We are still married today. Marriage for us was one and done. We both grew up Christian and were taught that not only was it the way the Lord wanted but it was better for our health - mentally and physically.
