10:18 your problem with that jump was that you started collecting the clock while hanging to the left side, and you never returned to hugging the wall. So when the platform went in, you couldn't catch the end of it and make a quick jump from it, because you were so far to the left. If you were next to the wall, you still make it by getting on a smidge of the platform that's still out.

Good run! It's the Disembodied Head of Lewis! I thought Slippery Climb was going to be much worse, but the Platinum time actually seemed a bit lenient if you kept moving. Lights Out definitely seems like one of the easier Platinums with that Gem Path. Well, Lewis is on the home stretch! Only a few more! Though, I have a feeling Stormy Ascent is going to need to be its own video. That level is such a doozy!
When I got the platinum relic in Fumbling in the dark I actualky done a large chunk of the map completely in the dark because I knew the obstacles and jumps that well by the end of it 😂
@@MasterCube33 what is everyone's deal with those? The leeway they offer is more generous than with NST platinums. And the crash has more advanced powers in crash 4

Great job! "Fumbling in the dark" was surprisingly difficult to do due to actual "fumbling in the dark" part. I am currently trying "Stormy Ascent" and it's been multiple hours and even days already... That shit is hard... My goal is to finish the level before you so I can enjoy and watch how you maintain your sanity with that torture 🤣

I'm always watching how long it takes Lewis to get to significant sort of checkpoint moments, like the first time he gets to the lefthand lift on the first floor it was deadon 40 seconds basically. When you're playing though it's harder to take note of this for sure :)

Honestly, F*** IT! I spend on this level... 3 and a half HOURS of NON-STOP attempts to beat Dev time. And the best I could get is 1:27:05 and the dev time is 1:26:94, like how?! Legit, whoever made this time, I hope that each time they dip their oreos in milk, it cracks in half and sinks to the bottom!!! PS. FUN FACT LEWIS: You almost beat the DEV TIME yourself on Slippery Climb. You had 2:20:34 and Dev time is 2:19:17. Congrats on a good time.
Lights out is one of those unique levels where you got use the gem exit to get platinum. Since you plan on doing stormy ascent, all I can say is good luck. That level is worse than the high road, even the lab.
Love the consistency of the uploads, I hope your sanity is intact after doing this and demons souls haha, would be cool to see you do Crash 2 relics after this, but I understand if you wanna take a step back from challenging games after this
You already did the platinum but at the part of the level at 10:48 you can also immediately jump on the other platform instead of waiting and it saves time
Slippery Climb and Stormy Ascent are both not really difficult time trails, because the cycles just fall into place very well. They both have a very nice flow if played fast and well. I can imagine you will get SA's relic with similar ease.
Here is a list of the remaining few so you know what to expect. Jaws of Darkness: Very hard level with a lot of hard and inconsistent jumps and you have to be really fast though it if you want the platinum relic. You’ll also need to use the aku aku on a few things to make it faster. Castle Machinery: This one isn’t too bad you just need to know what’s coming up, if you don’t know how to play the level it might be a little hard but if you do, you just need to use the aku aku on certain things if they aren’t lining up. This one shouldn’t be too hard because I made a few mistakes and still got platinum. The Lab: Watch a guide or you’ll never do it.
Should be a fair easy ride up to stormy accent. But good luck with that one. So hard because of the length of the level and the time is not forgiving like some of the other longer levels in this game
