Curry beef. My easy recipe to prepare a home

500 g slice beef
Yellow onion
Fresh chili
Green onion
Dry chili
For curry sauce
1 and 1/2 cup water
1 tsp chicken stock base
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp cooking wine
1 tbsp chili oil
1/4 tsp sesame oil
Mix 2 tablespoons cornstarch with 4 tablespoons water

I think you’re in the valley of either doing longer form TH-cam or short TikTok. both serve their place. I personally like longer form cooking with all the descriptions and lessons learned. And I love your personality! In a way though I want both. Long form first time and short form to save for future reference. I hope you find the right balance.
