    So I have a really poor arch (the worst one in my ballet group) so I'm always searching for ways to improve my arch I'm really glad that I found your videos because I just followed your two feet exercise videos and I already feel a difference so thanks!❤️☺️

    Hannah please do a workout with a stability ball workout like a progressive ballet technique for gainig strength and streching (ı saw some moves in your daily life of a dancer video )that would be awesome ❤❤❤

    Okay so i have this horrible arch, im unable to get a straight line from my knees to my feet. They are so worst in my class, I’ve also read multiple articles that state I shouldn’t be on pointe because of my poor arch. But because of this, I’m also really strong, and have very stable ankles. Do you know how many months I would have to do these exercises daily to see improvement in my arch?

      @@julija8142 HAHAHA I’m so sorry I forgot about this but yes I’ve Used this for a couple of weeks but then I went back to training so I didn’t really have to use it but there was actually a really big difference and I recommend you try it but it’s just not enough stretching you would actually have to stretch with a foot stretch or something but other than that it’s very good!
