Welcome back to Black and White in Alaska. We are Alex and Craig and we are living in Fairbanks, Alaska. We invite you to join us in our Alaskan journey during this last stretch of the winter where temperatures can range between -20 and 30 degrees Fahrenheit in only a couple of days.

Ingredients:
1 kg potatoes, grated and drained
2 eggs
1 grated onion
3 table spoons flour
-salt, pepper, nutmeg
Mix all ingredients to a dough. Heat oil in a pan and fry.
