I encourage all my brothers & sisters of every walk of life to please stand up and speak on the racism going on right now. People are being killed, nobody should have to walk outside and fear for their lives, just because of the color of their skin. I am disgusted & sickened by what happened to George Floyd, this has been going on for so long. This needs to stop. I will never be able to understand the pain of my black brothers and sisters but i promise to do everything i can to speak up, to fight for you & to listen. If you are white, this is your time to listen, it’s time to educate yourselves, it’s time to step up. If you are silent during this issue because you want to stay “neutral” you have already chosen a side. This is not a time to turn your head in ignorance, some people don’t have that privilege. “If you are neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the oppressor”. I have posted a few links below, i would be grateful if you could just share, donate what you can & sign the petitions. Keep speaking up, keep fighting the fight. Keep saying their names. George Floyd. Breonna Taylor. Elijah McClain. Sandra Bland. There are so many more. Do not let this fade into the background. Keep speaking up.
