- Eggless Cherry Milk Tea Cake
Ingredients:
* 150 g warm milk
* 1 tablespoon melted butter, for coating
* 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 100 g unsalted butter, softened
* 120 g condensed milk
* 210 g all-purpose flour (maida)
* 2 tsp milk powder
* 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
* Fresh cherries, for topping
Procedure:
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Prepare Wet Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the warm milk, softened butter, and condensed milk. Beat the mixture until the butter is completely melted and the ingredients are well incorporated.
3. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
4. Combine Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, beating well to ensure a smooth and even batter. Add the vanilla essence and mix until fully combined.
5. Prepare for Baking: Pour the batter into a lined baking mold. Arrange fresh cherries on top of the batter.
6. Bake: Place the mold in the preheated oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
7. Finish: Upon removing the cake from the oven, brush the top with melted butter to add a glossy finish.
8. Cool and Serve: Allow the cake to cool in the mold for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve and enjoy.

विधि:
1. ओवन गरम करें: अपने ओवन को 175°C (350°F) पर प्रीहीट करें।
2. गीले सामग्री तैयार करें: एक मिक्सिंग बाउल में गरम दूध, नरम मक्खन और संकरे दूध को मिलाएं। मिश्रण को तब तक फेंटें जब तक मक्खन पूरी तरह से पिघल न जाए और सभी सामग्री अच्छे से मिल जाएं।
3. सूखी सामग्री मिलाएं: एक अलग बाउल में मैदा, बेकिंग सोडा और बेकिंग पाउडर को छान लें।
4. सामग्री मिलाएं: धीरे-धीरे सूखी सामग्री को गीले मिश्रण में डालें और अच्छे से फेंटें ताकि एक समान और चिकना बैटर तैयार हो जाए। वनीला एसेंस डालें और अच्छे से मिलाएं।
5. बेकिंग के लिए तैयार करें: बैटर को एक लाइन किए हुए बेकिंग मोल्ड में डालें। बैटर पर ताजे चेरी सजाएं।
6. बेक करें: मोल्ड को प्रीहीटेड ओवन में रखें और 35 से 40 मिनट तक बेक करें, या जब तक केंद्र में डाले गए स्केवर को साफ बाहर आ जाए।
7. फिनिश करें: ओवन से केक निकालने के बाद, ऊपर से पिघले हुए मक्खन की परत लगाएं ताकि चमकदार फिनिश मिले।
8. ठंडा करें और परोसें: केक को मोल्ड में कुछ मिनटों के लिए ठंडा होने दें, फिर एक वायर रैक पर पूरी तरह से ठंडा होने के लिए स्थानांतरित करें। परोसें और आनंद लें।
