Of course she is, she's acting in this interview. She's pretending to be an endearing character to appeal to her fans, most of whom simply don't realise that the "southern belle" act is well, an act. Her persona used on interviews and the like is fake, but is part of the reason she is popular. Similar to how WWE fighters don't hate each other, except thier fans know it's fake.She essentially created a character that appeals en masse, and hence, people want more of. As Elle Woods is considered appealing, she pretends to be like her in this interview, maybe because she didn't get paid enough for the interview, and so decided not to put in as much effort, and just recycle the Elle Woods character.although she did put a lot in, as according to most, she's a bitch in real life

Yeah, Reese was the most genuine interview, but it's still scripted. That whole Oscar thing. Scripted shows like these are like a spit on the viewers. You don't even deserve to get yo know the real us, so we'll show you our house, uncomfortably answer questions and pop in our scripted kids or guests, bc you don't deserve honesty or reality. No thanks. Not subscribing.

These are probably scripted but I love how she pulls it off so effortlessly it looks like she just thought of the answers off the top of her head

Just saw Taylor Swift's and hers look completely scripted while NPH's looked halfsies and this one looked unscripted. Some of Reese's answers were repetitive or in the same theme that makes me really believe she was just told to say the first thing that came to mind and winged it.
