I was wondering why they went from spinning the chocolate on top to cutting the chocolate on the sides but skipped the part of thickening and decorating the sides. Not sure if it showed the total decoration on others video, but not that i could see. Would love to have seen the complete decoration from the beginning to the end.

I'm using only whipping cream.. it doesn't melt because of room temperature 🌡️.. you must maintain your room temperature at 20 digree celcius...

One more thing... Whisk your cream first half time in High Speed and then slow speed to make it smooth...
