NECESSARY MATERIALS.
4 large and thick eggplants.
3 liters of water.
2 tablespoons of salt.
1 onion.
1 capia pepper.
1 tomato.
1 carrot.
60 ml of oil.
1 cup of rice.
1 glass of water.
half a bunch of parsley.
1 teaspoon salt.
black pepper thyme.
to ride on.
50 ml of oil.
1 teaspoon of thyme.
for sauce.
1 teaspoon of tomato paste.
1 teaspoon of salt.
120 ml of water.
50 grams of cheddar cheese.
The glass of water I use in the recipe is 200 ml.

Я пескетарианка, но в основном на веганском питании. Сибирь, зимой баклажанов или не привозят, или они стоят как сбитый "Боинг". У Михаила Вегана есть ещё иного рецептов с баклажанами.

Я тоже такого же мнения, в духовку, потом второй раз в духовку, и в третий раз в духовку. Много масла, а потом еще сыр сверху, тоже до 40% жирности... Может и вкусно, но больно суетно.

Só que o nosso arroz fica muito cru com a mesma medida de água... Uso o dobro, coloco os legumes na mesma ordem que você, só que coloco mais no final do cozimento, para ficarem nesse ponto de cozidos com as cores vibrantes!
