Yesoul GIM Plus Bike - Not staying connected to WIFI (troubleshoot in description)

- Bike is intermittent, but mostly does not stay connected to WIFI. Here's what I've done:
1) Moved close to router - 15' away.
2) Ensured that I was connecting to 2.4GHz.
3) Tried different USB-C to lightning cable
4) Setup a different account.
5) Connected to different WIFI extender - 2.4GHz
I believe there is a problem with this unit. Open to suggestions.
