I stumbled on this song and not by mistake. My son is struggling with drug addiction. The love I have for my son is unconditional. And my heart is broken. But... Jesus will heal all wounds and His promises will remain. I stand in faith for my son's healing.

How did you find this song ? Addiction is something that respects no boundaries. Rich or poor. Nationality doesn't matter. Gender doesn't matter. Addiction is an equal opportunity destroyer. Relationships and many lives. I would first have to say, person I don't know, go to one meeting, for an adult child, with an addiction, group. You'll find people going through what you are. You'll be able to speak and share your experiences, with others, in relative privacy. Hear what they have/are, experiencing, have experienced. You'll meet other people, uniquely experienced, who'll understand what you are going through. Won't touch on why Bruce's music moves you, as a believer, I'll leave that to you. I know dealing with an addicted child of your own, is shattered glass, at times. But I know this from my experiences, you can meet some people who can help you navigate, such treacherous familiar waters. Hopefully, without loosing, you're self. Be well my fellow Bruce Springsteen fan. May understanding, come your way. May Peace Be With You 🕊️✨

I liked the title of the song from the start. Jesus stayed an only son. The biggest betrayal by his choosen family ( wich he himself ruled way ABOVE his genetic one) happend after his death.
He never intended to create another false religion. Just wanted to live the existing one to the heart. Let the dead burry the dead.

The work of the devil and his fallen angels..ie demons...is to lie to you until you perish with them in hell...remember their destruction is complete..their judgement is set...for everyone alive today..each has a chance to repent and turn away from sin and evil completely by the help of the Holy Spirit....eternity draws near and tomorrow is never guaranteed for anyone.......ETERNITY...where will you spend yours....The Lord said...he who overcomes will walk with me in white garments because he is worthy...and i will never blot out his name from the book of life...and i will confess him before my Father and His Holy angels....HE WHO OVERCOMES...ones saved not always saved...many have turned back...Let each work his salvation with fear and trembling for time draws ever near....Turn or Bake...Repent or Perish...Lets obey God in His word or forever Burn...God does not take anyone to hell...people willingly walk themselves there...hating their own souls even unto death...by disobeying God in His word...

This poor soul doesn't beehive in the divinity of Jesus , nor the perpetual virginity of the Blessed Virgin Mary ....How terribly sad for someone who claim to be a Roman Catholic. The culture Jesus lived in calls cousins "brothers and sisters' ... Also cultural is that John would not be the one Jesus would have called to look after his mother as he wasn't named a "brother" so didn't fit the the requirements . Also compare Mark 15:40 (Matt 27:55) with mark 6:3 (Matt 13:55) ....the Mary noted as watching the crucifixion is not named as Jesus mother ...These two items only scratch the surface ... May God grant him, Nancy Pelosi and all who do not know the faith, the grace of conversion and understanding of the Dogma and true deposit of faith. Catechism in a Year with Father Mike Schmitz is out there people .... God bless all who pass this way .
