My Supernatural Encounter With a Demon (New Age to Jesus)

- This is my false enlightenment experience that led me into new age spirituality. I encountered a demonic spirit that I thought were my spirit guides and they sparked a “spiritual awakening” within me that changed my life. I spent the next 4 years learning and studying new age until I eventually heard the truth of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is the way, the truth and the life and He saved me from the deceptions of these false teachings. ✝️🤍
Once my Demons showed me their power, there was no way i could not see what i saw. If they were real, Jesus is real and that changed my life forever. Our savior Lord Jesus is coming to take us home soon!
I got pretty deep into the new age, through mental illness and the doors I opened trough the new age- demons who pretended to be enlightened godly beings got into my life . I experienced hell on earth, I was tricked into multiple demonic pacts, and i was terrified for my life and soul. After this incident I still clung to the new age and spirit guides for months, then my demons returned to mess with my life again and I realized nothing in the new age protected me. I eventually came to Jesus and The Bible and the truth. By God's good grace and mercy I'm still here today and have been allowed to come to the one true path. I was deceived buy new age belief system as well, started off with meditation and crystals and progressed to astral projection and eventually went really dark. But the Lord Jesus Christ opened my eyes and brought me back into his sheepfold! Praise the Lord God Almighty! Our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ!🙏

When I got out of atheism, I went into a new age phase. I thought that Christianity was fake because my memories of the Holy Spirit moving were so distant being once at a youth conference, then again shortly after when I read the gospels for the first time alone in my bedroom. The church that I grew up in seemed to be a little bit of the "spirit quenching" variety (no hate though, I still love them).
But when I started to doubt atheism, I called out to the spirits and asked them to reveal themselves, and I began to flip a coin recording the pattern. When I saw that the pattern was not random, and that a spirit did show up I believed and began to serve them. I dabbled in astrology, numerology, tarot, I also believed in a false Jesus (as many new age teachers teach their own version of Jesus).
But by the grace of God, despite my occult practices, when I was at the end of the road, I called out to God and the real Jesus showed up. Over the past 3 years, he has been working powerfully in my life. He has delivered me from addiction, and filled my life with meaning. Now I serve the true God, Lord of lords, Jesus.

Really would’ve been helpful if you could have explained the most important part like HOW you realized and why exactly that they were demons and not just insects
All in how we perceive things, right? Our demons can be the things we choose not to face. Which is required if we want to be free. My opinion from what I’ve been studying an experiencing in the past year:)
@@tonyastorer7007 I guess, demons are definitely real entities regardless of peoples perception, though. If you want to help free people with new age beliefs, it would really help if you would explain the details of how you discredited your previous experience.

I have never really been involved in New age belief. But because i like being in nature and i have a faith . I serm to draw people from the New age to me . When that happens i get really bad vibes .

The crucifix in itself is a horrible device meant to inflict a tortuous death. But today we see it as a testament to our appreciation for Jesus's sacrifice for us. And the dragonfly was first and foremost a thought in the mind of God before He created it. It is a beautiful animal whose flight agility is unmatched in the animal kingdom. So maybe it can now serve for you as a reminder of His beautiful works! - WW

I'm an ex neo-vedantic (hindu roots) new ager. I used to be into so much "cosmic/spiritual" stuff: trance channelings, ancient wisdom, gnosticism, psychedelic drugs, hindu gurus and buddhist variants. I was illuminated by the *kundalini (serpent) spirit* then 8 years ago I got rightly enlightened by the *Holy Spirit* which proceeded to show me what a *fool* I was before..... Spirit led to the REAL *Yahusha/Jesus Christ* and everything changed - *Paradigm Shifted* ....
This is being *BORN AGAIN* and it's an ongoing surprise to me 😁
Turns out spirituality is a *soul serious* business taken way too lightly by *far too many* ....
..... the end-times are *dead ahead;* a time of tribulation is near.
It escapes the notice of our *self-absorbed,* glamour-saturated world that we're in a spiritual WAR for souls. The immensity of *ignorance* is astonishing: supernal powers are BEDAZZLING the minds of the masses (Ephesians 6:12). We've inherited *ancient* SPIRITUAL *subversion* ......... *the Earth is fallen* ..... the holistic fields of nature are fallen state. *"Morphic Resonance"* is OUT of affinity with DIVINITY; *Death is all too familiar:* natural life hunts, KILLS and *feeds* on itself.
Humanity is a spiritually *fallen race* highly prone to *deceit and delusion.*
FRANKLY, we *need* a SAVIOUR and by Jesus Christ we have a GREAT ONE.
As a new ager I couldn't believe (I was *damn sure* I knew better) but in the *Light of Spirit* Jesus really is the *Way, the truth and the Life* just like He said: no one comes to GOD except through Jesus, there's no other way (Matthew 7:13-14). Being a neo-vedantist I wasn't convinced, yet, turns out the Bible is Spirit breathed, written by men inspired by the *Holy Spirit.* Jesus is vividly portrayed and endorsed in the new testament, in fact he's apparent in the old testament too (Luke 24:27 & 44) and by *His LIGHT* we're allowed to *see* that and *know Him.* Any previously perceived discrepancies or contradictions are ironed out and the supernatural narrative flows most beautifully.....
....... the Bible is the Revelation of *Jesus Christ* (Isaiah 2:2-4; 9:6-7 & 45:23, Daniel 7:13-14, Matthew 28:18, Mark 14:61-62, Revelation 1:7-8 & 18, Rev 19:11-21)

I am glad you are being discerning, but I didn’t see why you thought the dragonflies were demonic? As a seventy year old grandmother who has had experiences all my life and since the Internet has observed both the New Age and religion go through it’s own ‘dark night of the soul’ I have not been able to find truth. Anyway dragonflies come around me as a ‘heads up ‘ also , a dragonfly crop circle went down on my birthday in 2009. I know how scary all this ‘awakening ‘ is, I had my own ‘beautiful but scary experiences ‘ in 2006 to 2009 , slowly at first but more and more intense by 2009. So in conclusion be discerning but not too fearful 🙏🇦🇺

@ephesians 2:8 i dont know who told you epiphanies, metaphysical experiences or even psychic experiences was enlightenment, but i can tell you who ever told you that didnt have a clue what enligtenment is. what most people dont realize is new age wont lead you to enlightenment, it has the same teachings of duality and polarity as organized religions, and uses the same constructs of control as them also. i.e fear, and good versus evil, or light and dark, and teaches you to judge everything and everyone including yourself. and enlightenment most certainly isnt the alien war stuff most of those new age sites teach, its just a different form of polarity or light versus dark organized religions teach. good guys , bad guys, us versus them. that wont lead you anywhere near enlightenment.

Please explain how the dragonflies were demonic. That’s a pretty big statement to make.. that something is demonic. What exactly led you to believe this? With no explanation here it sounds like blind faith to me. Your new faith thinks everything is demonic but it sounds like your interpretation rather than actual events.
Jesus said "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6 This means that the only way to God is through Jesus. The spirits that I encountered did not lead me to Jesus, but instead led me to the false teachings of new age spirituality. These teachings are full of lies, deception, and many demonic practices. This is why I believe these spirits (not dragonflies themselves, but the spirits that were operating through them in my particular experience) were demons.

So wait. You went to a remote location by yourself to meditate. So you're by yourself, and you see dragon flies, which were placed here by God. And you suddenly get panicked. And you think the dragon flies were demonic. Sooooo, is it possible that God was trying to tell you that there was something/someone lurking in this REMOTE area and that you needed to leave?
