Unlike the Chinese Sausage. Vigan longganisa was also known as the Ilocano longganisa, is a Filipino pork sausage in the Philippines was originating from Vigan City, Province of Ilocos Sur in Northern Luzon and make for the Filipino dish was great on food today was also is Hapagkainan based in Tagalog and in English is Dining Tables.
A little sprinkling of pork always makes your pepper taste nicer.
Lol, why he use that much? Is it different type of peppercorn?
@@kuratortrivia795 Yes it's is a different type of pepper, sechuan peppercorns

Man, i bet that tastes good.
Can anyone tell me what is purpose of white wine in cooking? Is it for the flavoring or for the aroma? An what does it taste like?
It will enhance the flavor of the dish. The alcohol in the wine evaporates while the food is cooking, and only the flavor remains.
Chef John I often see meat drying for days or making ham that can take years, I wonder if it all rot or not?
Can someone tell me the background music please!!!
