I’ll be staying in Portland in June what are some great places i should visit especially for swimming ???!!!!
Not much will be available for swimming until later in the summer. Our alpine lakes are still all frozen over with 6+ feet of snow at the base of mount hood. Today in The Valley we have a high of 50 degrees. It’s been a cold cold wet spring and tons of snow in the mountains and will not melt our until July.
@@HikeOregon I’m actually staying from June- August, so when it does melt what are some places that you love personally or would recommend?!

eagle creek trail features a bunch of falls in a 12 mile round trip....
Definitely a great one. I didn't mention it in this video because it was still closed from the Eagle Creek Fire at the time.

There are great waterfalls along the rogue river. Both upper and lower rogue.
