Thank you for this video. I visited Romania last October from the US and I fell in love with the country. Made several friends and met some I played video games online with for almost a decade. I visited Bucharest, Brasov, and Constanta. I am in talks with a staffing agency of getting hired as an account manager in Bucharest. I hope to be in Romania very soon.
I really enjoyed your video. I'm going to Bucharest soon and I'm learning as much Romanian as I can before I go. I wanted to ask you if it's worth taking the train journey to see Constanta beach. I have been told that I should go to Therme instead.
Hi, William, that's so great to hear! Coincidentally I just went to Therme today and it is absolutely lovely. I stayed the entire day. I was one of the last people to leave 😄 I am not sure what to say regarding the trip to Constanta. I haven't been to the seaside due to personal reasons in quite a few years. I really love the sea and I feel that comparing the seaside to Therme is like comparing two rather different experiences. It really depends what you're looking for.
Another great video! My wife and I have travelled to western Europe few times and would love to do eastern Europe one day. Hope your hand is feeling better soon. Norm from Montreal Canada.
I love these videos my husband is half Romanian and american his dad came to usa with just the clothes on his back built an home here in USA which he has some in romania where his family lives in and had his own construction company unfortunately he passed in 2018 and hadnt got to go home to see his sisters n that... my husband wants to go see his Romanian family and perhaps move one day seeing this I'm all game to move there ! Its beautiful ❤🙌 I think his dad from timisoara
Hi, Heather! That is such an amazing journey your husband's family has been on. Romania is definitely an amazing country to live in and I hope you two get the chance to visit it soon.
Hello I’m sorry for asking you the question but there’s no answers online please answer this question. I’m Romanian like you . Is dentistry free of charge if you have insurance not in the private clinics?
@@lifeinromania1688 Yes, Are you comfortable providing us your email? We will send you detail mail for the subject matter. I think there is a lot of difference between cost of the big city (cluji, Bucharest, timisoara, Constanta) and the rest of Romania. Oradea, Iasi, brasov and galati (others important cities) maybe they are less expensive.
Hey, I really love your channel, since I am dreaming of visiting Romania one day. Its really the number one country I want to visit, but since I am finishing my studies at the moment I will have to wait for a bit. Also, if I will enjoy being in Romania I can imagine to move to Bucharest in the future. What I am really interested in, is how bike friendly Bucharest is? Maybe you could take us along a bike tour through Bucharest, tell us about the bike lane and traffic situation, how and where to rent which kinds of bikes etc. And, do you have an instagram account? All the best from Germany!
Hallo! I am really glad to hear you enjoyed this and are planning on visiting my country. To be perfectly honest Bucharest is not that great for bikes but I feel that it is improving. A bike tour is actually a wonderful idea for a video however I don't know how to ride a bike :)) I didn't learn when I was young and I was quite scared to do it as an adult. Maybe a video would be a good incentive for this 😊
@@lifeinromania1688 Thanks for your reply and the Information about the bikelane/traffic situation in Bucharest. I totally understand that, if you never really learned how to ride a bike, such a video would be a bit too much. Riding in city traffic can be dangerous and one should have a bit of experience and feel save to ride in it. But I hope that maybe one day you'll learn it, because it is so much fun and you can ride through nature in different distances that a hike or stroll would get you. Looking forward to your next videos!
Hi, Paty! I hit my hand in something and it was super painful. I had to have it imobilized for a while. It is still a bit painful when I press on it or shake someone's hand even after a few months since it happened. Hopefully it will get better in time. It wasn't broken or anything. 🤗 thank you for asking!
Interesting video but Romania being within Europe, why don't you make the price conversion in € (instead of $)? PS : Romania has one of the world broaband fastest internet (not the first ;-) but the mobile internet is not very quick.
Ciao, Raffaello! Thank you for watching! Well, most of the people that have been watching my channel so far are from the U.S, Canada and Romania. Also, fun fact, the dolar is officially as much as the euro as we speak 😲
Hi, Nadeem! We have a lot of international students in Bucharest. I am not sure how their day to day is but it sounds like a good idea for a following video.
