I made your recipe for your (cookies and cream) Oreo poundcake with my niece (a couple of months ago) Chef and the cake did not last three days. I love homemade pound cakes thats lighter in texture along with everyone else in my family except my niece (she’s 17 yrs old) and just don’t know what she’s missing but even she didn’t pull back off of your Oreo poundcake, lol. She will NOT eat other people pound cakes only the p.cakes that her Nana and I bake (she say that’s bc nobody else can do a softer, moist, lighter texture pound cake). That cake was just amazing and pleaseee believe me when I say I’m not subscribing for nothing and I’m here bc this will be the next one I’ll be making. Thank you so much for your tutorials, I enjoy learning from you. Please continue to do your recipes.

Heeeeey chef Charles🙋🏾♀️ I baked this last night, I broke the recipe in half (its just for me🤭) and may I say, it's Soooooo Gooood 😋 just the right amount of peanut butter, and the Glaze - wooo boy, it's Yumm'Eee,, I did the peanuts on top as well, I crushed them just a little into smaller pieces. Can't wait til lunch time🍽 ready for another slice. Thanks again for sharing these delicious recipes. I'm on a back to back "Everything Sweet" binge watching 😂 👍🏾

I made this yesterday and it was a huge fail. 😂. Everything was great until I put it in the oven. It was the prettiest batter I’ve ever made, and tasted wonderful when I licked the spatula. It ran over the pan at about 55 minutes, and it was like liquid lava. Then the top of the cake deflated like a blown inner tube. There was so much smoke I had to open the doors and windows. I have no idea what I did wrong, but I’m determined to try again. I followed the recipe and video exactly (I thought), but something was clearly wrong. I’m sure it was an error on my part. Would it matter that much if I used XL eggs?
Mr. Charles thanks for sharing this recipe. It looks delicious ! You may want to consider clipping your finger nails and cleaning them underneath. I am looking forward to trying this cake.
They were a some candy corn peanuts that my wife bought didn't like them and I don't believe in wasting stuff so I just used them but you can use any kind of nuts as long as they don't have the skin on them

Great idea. I know that sometimes a recipe cut in half doesn't work well but you have given me confidence that this one will work. ❤

Your eggs shouldn't have made that big of a difference but you need a 12 cup pan

90% of the time we use cake flour because it's designed for cakes but at any time that we're out or we can't find any we will use all purpose
Hi. Does it matter if i use salted butter vs unsalted butter?
No if you use salted butter just don't add salt to your recipe
No frosting for the cupcakes
