I would love a video on offstage play. Like how to recover back to stage with minimal options, how to confirm plays offstage when your opponent is close to out of options, when should you use your recovery first, should you ever save your recovery for last? Maybe a section on weapons that most people really struggle against offstage (scythe gaunts etc). A section on what to look for when plaging offstage, like information to save for another offstage interaction in the same game or whatever. Would really appreciate it 🙏
As a plat, i'll share with you the offstage experience: remember: the max height a player can achieve is double jump, 1x recovery, 1x dodge *OFFENSIVE PURPOSES* U manage to send ur opp offstage, calculate the situation: can they getback or not? if not, then let em die, unless ur feeling like being a maniac, but u do it at ur own risk. if they can, try launch some attacks till they can't getback, even weap throws could work, add some style to the combo to be like pavelski *DEFENSIVE PURPOSES* Now ur enemy managee to launch u offstage. If u got launched far, dodge first, then getback to stage, cus dodge have cooldown, u'll get another one when ur close to the stage, safe that in case ur opp attempted a killconfirm. The rest u will learn by experience, u'll even learn how to punish an opp that is attempting a killconfirm, it's like a uno reverse when perfectly executed
7:14 bro people dash and then sig nobody goes for it this far like if people would play like this it would be easy as fuck to punish. Also in 7:17 like bro same
A point I made in the video is you don't always have to dssh back, if you see them dash towards you and do a side sig for example, you can still jump over it and then punish. If you remember the start of the video, sigs have startup frames, which takes a lot of frames before the hitbox comes out, so the sig is still easy to react to.
nigga that’s not as easy as it sounds. Tf, you’re saying sit there and bait, but even if your movement isn’t as good trying to run and bait or wait, you’re gonna get hit. That’s terrible advice
The tutorial's cool and all but that's not at all the way people spam in ranked. As you've shown some sigs require you to be in specific directions (above, below, to the right, etc) from them to have the possibility to punish them, unless you go for a weapon throw which silvers and golds can't do yet, and most golds will just back up until you're both in a position that makes them unreachable while throwing one of their sigs, resulting with either you getting hit or the match lasting 6+ minutes.
I may have read your comment wrong, but no sigs require a weapon throw to punish if you position yourself right like I showed you can avoid sigs by just dashing back or jumping over them and punish with your weapon if you're way too far away however that's when you won't be able to punish anything
> no sigs require a weapon throw to punish if you position yourself right That's the whole point, people just play passive and flee the fight until you end up in a position where they can sig without you being able to punish anything. I've had such matches sometimes last over 7 minutes its just pure pain.
@nepsis253 check out the #1 mistake every brawlhalla player makes the mistake doesn't come from fighting sig spammers but instead fighting passive players if you know they want to run away then you can punish them for that and if you know they wanna sig when you get close then that is also punishable the video talks about both of these points so deff be sure to watch it
what do I do against the high gold players that are actually good (for their elo at least like plat tier) that spam sigs, and when hit you with a inf combo then start spamming again? basically they are mixing up their sigs with light combos (I hate the faits that can 0-death with scythe combos, but decide to spam randomly)\
If this shit doesn't help me im gonna quit the game I'll update. The update: this mostly helps me but I still don't know how to beat Quinn nai and imugi spam😭
How does one counter an EXTREMELY passive player, and I don't mean people who bait attacks and stuff, I mean the kind that never ever approaches you and runs away a lot. It's so annoying and boring to play against, the only counter I can think of is alt+f4.
The #1 mistake every brawlhalla player makes talks about this but basically, if they run, take up all of their space, then you have control to either wait and see what they do or go for a poke option
This video still applies for those types of players a lot of the time they run at you and do whatever attack they think will hit simply put you just stay out their range of attack and punish them for going for bad options that won't hit you
How to Go Pro next?
YES!
ty for teaching me how to sig spam more effectively
I hate running into a pair of lokis or raptors in team battles, sometimes both of them combined.
I was trapped in gold but this video changed my life now I'm diamond 😎
Fr?
Of course not
Hmmmm

I've made a video for neutralix with 15 tips for players. Look for that video once it's released since some of those tips cover this subject

Me personally, I just play patience, bait, space very carefully, adapt, they’re packed up like some wolfs

It’s not hard to catch spammers off guard you just gotta know how to time it fr

Just sit and punish they’re usually on the offensive

@@nepsis253 I have never seen a passive player go for just sigs

Learn how the sigs work and where your opponent ends up so you can punish them. Review the part where i talk specifically about imugi, Queen nai, etc
Queen Nai spear dsig

The terros goat 😂
nice participation in the video bro!

@@darkzita-u2l 🤫
they nerfed the thumbnail :(
Bro the dog spammer I see have evolved way more than this video there are plays that use sigs for half the game then normal combos the other half
