the little ship the prfessor jedi had in the basement, looked similar to the modell luke holds in a new hope when he gives C3PO an oil bath I just rewatched it yesterday xD
My take on this is that the professor had a padawan, of the name of Tobi and he possibly got the darth vader treatment and became a cyborg of sorts so he has human characteristics compared to the rest of the droids
Great work from the Spanish Abel Góngora and his team, a pride that works for a studio that does some projects with so much love and good taste. A refreshing episode, full of references. It will be a sad day when voice actress Masako Nozawa stops working.
My favorite small detail was the fact that the professor didn't have any arms, likely having lost them in the war and using the force and his robots to get by, but when TO-B1 came before his ghost force, he had them again and could now knight his padawan.
Seeing as you already know and like Science SARU, I'm gonna take this chance to shill Heike Monogatari to you. It's by the Same director as K-ON and tells the story of a tiny biwa player during old Japan's warrior-clan power struggles. I don't know if it's reaction material, but you should at least watch it on your own time, because it's some of the best anime I've seen in my life.
I am disappointed in you two. How could you never notice that T0-B1 was voiced by Masako Nozawa? The voice behind Goku came and gave this little robot a voice like chibi Goku, bringing to mind the start of Dragon Ball, where he was so innocent. You have to listen to the voices and music as well to get the full experience.

Guys, there's a way to interpret this particular episode, that fits it totally in to SW canon. TO-B1 is one of my favorites.
