Yup.
Oel ngati kameie means I see you, understand you and I am happy about it.
Oel ngati kame(what he says in the video) means I see you and understand you.
So the first one is more personal and intimate.

It mostly means I can see it from your perspective and understand you. That's what it means pretty much but it can become a lot deeper than that as well.

Sawubona : in Zulu means I see you.
But "You" in IsiZulu isn't just greeting you. It means I see you and your ancestors that walk with you. In a group or in some cases an individual we say " Sanibonani". Also meaning I see you all and the ancestors that walk with you all. Im not just seeing you only literally...i see your soul, your essence, your consciousness as well.
