This was absolutely incredible. I was not expecting this many machines. I wonder if people realize how much work is involved in something like this. impressive!
Thanks for watching! There are a lot more projects in storage. Yes a lot of work is involved but it is a passion. I wish I had more time to knock them out faster but life comes first.
Amazing collection. You have a bunch of classics in there. I remember playing quite a few of them back in the day. Zoo Keeper was one of them. Thanks for the tour.
Hi, thanks for watching! I wish I would have saw Zookeeper anywhere in the day. It wasn't until recent years I discovered it. Fantastic game nonetheless!
Thanks for sharing. You went all out with that carpet. Totally impressive. All you need now is a prize ticket machine that pushes quarters off the edge. You should definitely have a prize cabinet display with an Nintendo Power Glove for 14 million prize tickets.
Hi Lacey, thanks for watching! My son definitely loves these games. Any new additions to your awesome game room? You definitely have some great pieces!
Thank you so much for the kind words! I'm glad you took a picture! I always love comparing scores as well. I figured some people would get a kick out of that!
I look forward to these videos every year. Thanks for continuing to do these. I enjoy seeing how you rearrange things annually and what gets updated. Add-ons: Still can’t get over that Pole Position cockpit. Sweet APB era cop car as well. I still remember you fixing the lights about 2 years ago fondly. Someday I’ll get a decent cocktail table. It’s a must need in my future collection. Your pay phone may be the coolest project for your arcade you’ve done yet.
The pay phones are definitely a great conversation piece! Thank you for your continued support in our modest channel. We constantly have to rearrange things because we are grew this house and I've actually filled my parents basement to the max 😂. I'd like to do a short tour of some completed projects I have over there. Hopefully by springtime.
Kick had a design flaw where you could jam the balloon against the wall and make it go horizontal. You could get great high scores with that technique.
@@kazelasarcade If you enjoy playing the game, it might be better if you don't know that trick. After my friends and I learned it (in the 1980s I think), it took some of the fun out of the game. Maybe look into later if the game, as is, becomes boring.
Awesome collection. You have decorations I would love to have in my second man cave, but that'll be in the future when my best friend and I save up for a bigger house. I'm curious, what do you do for a living that you can afford all of this, if you don't mind me asking?
Thank you I appreciate it! A lot of the decorations I've acquired from places like Facebook marketplace. Most if not all at great prices. I'm always scouring for the deals. They are out there you just have to be patient. As far as what I do for a living I'm a man of many hats.
Great looking Arcade! New subscriber to your channel. What are your thoughts on the 60-in-1 board? I noticed you have a couple. I was in the industry back in the 80's and love seeing someone like you restoring arcades. Thanks!
Hello! Welcome to the channel! My thoughts on the 60 and one are divided. Some games play perfect while many others have flaws. Such flaws I haven't countered are sound issues on a lot of the games. I think it's a decent option for someone who wants only one cabinet with some great classics on it. It is a simple way to go but for people who want one cabinet and want to go the extra mile, I would recommend a raspberry pi.
If you referring to the toy car that's up there, It is not meant to be there from the factory. It took me a while to find a period correct toy police car of that size. I can tell you that the company who made the car is called funrise and the toy was made in 1992.
WOW! I opened my eyes and took a trip back to the 80s just watching this! What a great selection of games, including some of my all time favorites like OutRun and Pole Position. I love the artwork on the original Mario Bros cab.
Thanks for the kind words! Outrun by far was my number one favorite game in the day. There was an Outrun Deluxe near my house that I played all the time. Most of my coins went to that particular game. That same arcade had pole position also but to me in that day it was a quarter eater. I HATED it back then! But now I play it more than outrun and I love it!
@@kazelasarcade Oh I remember having to wait in line at the arcades to play OutRun, it was really that popular. Pole Position was a tricky game, yet I was really good at when I was a kid. Too bad it feels impossible to play in MAME. You really need a decent steering wheel to play that game in MAME because the steering is so incredibly sensitive with a controller.
I do not have a dragon slayer but I do know that it does run off laser disk. If you don't have the laser disc player there is a computer system called Dexter which you can use in place of it.
Or you could just go to an arcade for $10 and have access to a lot more arcade machines, social aspect, food, and saved money. Or play all those games on a PC and it will give you all that electricity, space, and maintenance work back to you. There's also the headache if something gets lost or damaged vs going to an arcade and beating up the machines. But of course to each their own. If he'd rather do this, then more power to him. Good for him.
Nice home arcade and great restoration work on many of those! Don’t see Guzzler and Swimmers often.
Awesome Game Room. I hope you and your Son enjoy spending time together.
Hey thanks for watching! I'm glad you enjoyed! We are thank you
Absolutely beautiful arcade. I love the swimmer and mad planets
Thank you very much! Those are definitely a couple of my favorites also!
I need to show this to my wife the next time she says I'm buying too much stuff... love it!
Maybe she will go easy on you after that 😂
Great looking gameroom! Love all the decor as well!
Great nostalgia trip and I love the Paperboy topper. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for watching!
This is my favourite arcade home tour yet. Awesome collection and beautifully presented. Loving your taste and choice of cabs.
Thank you that's a wonderful to hear! I love when people appreciate a decent setup. I'm glad you enjoyed!
Pretty freaking cool!
Thanks!
Awesome home arcade!
Thank you!
nicely done, well decorated
Thank you for the kind words!
Thank you Pete for fixing the audio on my Space Invaders Deluxe. Great friendly service.
Cheers. Chris
Glad to help

Love the Pepsi board idea. Any way for someone to easily duplicate that ? Or are they hard to find ?
They are not hard to find. I found mine on Facebook marketplace. Can't buy them new anymore but they come up a lot
Great tour, love the shirts
Glad you enjoyed!

That carpet is amazing. Just what I need for my gameroom. Where'd you find it?
The carpet was called Big bang and sold by Joy carpets but unfortunately it has been discontinued for a few years now 😞

That's a cool idea! Always looking for a new ideas for our next house!
What a room! ❤
The arcade is looking great my friend! I love the passion and getting your son involved with your hobby ❤️

Love the setup here. A question about your Starcade neon sign. Did you have that custom made or did you purchase as-is?
The Starcade sign was custom made.
Dang I remember those love tester and brain teaser type machines in my local mall back in the 90s.
Props on the arcade.
Thanks for your kind words! I never encountered them in the '90s but I think they're pretty cool for what they are.

How/ what did you mount the arcade marquees to the wall with?
I use wall mirror hangers from home Depot. They work great!
wow ur games grew! always starts with 1 then it keeps reproducing 😂 awesome game room man
Thanks we appreciate it! We think it's shaping up quite well.
on top of your apb arcade i been looking for that sign can you send me a link to where I can find it thank you
