I love seeing these. I drove a school bus for a living. One thing about them I know for sure is, in the winter it is freezing inside and in the summer they are an oven on wheels.
I can’t see them living in it full time with no shower, nothing to cover the windows with especially in colder weather. You would need removable insulation panels for each window and something else to go over that to also block the cold and any drafts coming off the windows. The whole bus would have to be winterized. This seems like more of a camper than their home. Not having anything on the windows in the living, kitchen and front of the bus could be a problem even if they are just camping because everyone can see everything you do with the lights on as the windows aren’t tinted. It’s cute, but I can see them making changes after spending more time inside it.
A lovely home they have created. Light and yet warm and inviting. And some neat ideas implimented as well. The magnetic lights. The option to expand the bathroom. Very nice work.
I love it! So colourful and Boho. I adore these long buses and wish I lived in the US to be able to have one. UK roads are too congested to manage a vehicle of that size comfortably. US landscapes offer so much variety and to be able to move location and live in that gorgeous space must be fabulous for this couple.
EVERYTTHING LOOKS SO GOOD AND FUN!! YOU BOTH COMPLIMENT EACH OTTHER, YOU WERE BORN INTO ARTISTIC FAMILIES THAT KNOW HOW TO ENJOY LIFE!! THE COLORS EXEZUDE LIFE!! MUCM LOVE
Wonderful price total. It's exactly how much I want to spend. So many good features. Really like the table and all the adorable hand made pieces. Truly artistic and doesn't look junky but cohesive. Well done
Love how all the wood and the old dresser everything is recycled repurchased its very creative and I love the all the colors in the kitchen area you guys did a great job its a really cool build/home.
When we lived in Florida, my ex husband had purchased a used USAF utility truck. He wanted to convert it into a camper. Since it had exterior storage, he did not have to put a lot of storage inside; but, there was still some. He built the camper part out of wood. He built the sleeping are over the cab of the truck. It was hot inside and I think he should have built some kind of ventilation system. In Florida, it does get cold in the winter; so, I'm not sure if putting in a fan; or, windows would have been the best thing. It was useable as a camper; but, for long trips; I'm not so sure how it would have held up. When we moved to Washington, he wanted to buy a used school bus and convert it much like the couple in the video did; but, he never got the chance to do it.
ok, 40 seconds in and i have to pause: "_c_ool bus". friggin brilliant! 🤣 edit: great bus. i love how she said "...warmest place in the house"- not "the bus" or "the ti y house". "the house". and mama's ~beautiful~ textiles throughout the bus are the jewels in the crown of this build.
After we're done with our Europe travels in our little camper, we definitely want to upgrade to a bus to allow for a bit more space 🙈 ! This one is such a dream... you guys have done an incredible job. We love your kitchen sink... it's so spacious & unique!! I also love the modularity of everything, like the fridge being stored under the kitchen bench!! Well done... gonna find you on insta now :) xx Tania 🚐💕
He s so beautiful! Sweet and funny. Love the way he talks. He s the german one, I can see. "Thank you mama", adorable. Where is this? Canada or USA? Love evrithing about it
I got to tour this house at Van Life Diaries gathering in Banff Alberta Canada! I think I have a couple pics of it in my Banff video. Sweet house, Very nice people. Fun gathering.
Really like this, it's beautiful - I wonder where they wash themselves and if they have window coverings for all those windows for insulation and Light
Wow another great skoolie. My only questions is about the wood on the walls and closet. They look like the Japanese technique of burning the wood was done to them. Did they do it themselves and does it smell like burned wood forever? I am a quilting fiber artist and I can’t have my fabric infused with that smell. But I really love how it looks. Please keep the skoolie videos coming. I am definitely looking at a skoolie as opposed to a van which will eliminate my stealth ability but wow what great interiors and the feeling of being in a home.
Man, I would leave my job and apartment behind to go live in a bus with this gorgeous lady. How that dude got a girl like that to live on a bus with him, is beyond me.
unsolicited helpful hint. that cooler/fridge needs a lot of airflow to operate efficiently. if you drill 5 or 6 1 inch holes in both sides of the end of the wooden box seat near the wall where the fan is it will keep the food colder and use less electricity. or flip the fridge end for end so that the fan side is the side you see.
Some cool ideas. Would be neat if the stove was built in, level with counter when you close the lid. How much was the Wood stove and solar power system?
What a great idea to use two doors to extend the bathroom! I also like the moveable magnetic overhead lighting.
My favourite part is the magnetic hooks for the light. Brilliant idea!
I love the handwoven pillows and wool roving curtain. Such a fun affordable conversion. Brilliant.
just rewatched this. is one of my favourites. I love the colourful handmade vibe and of course all that beautiful wood ❤️
I love the birch legs and cabinetry, the rainbow chest, all the old wood. Thanks and I hope you are still enjoying it.
I love that light with the magnets. What a great idea. God i wish i had one of those.
Love the rainbow curtain!!!
💖🐾💖
It's not a house, it's a home! And a really pretty one😍
Love seeing their creative touches all over the place. No big flash expenditures here, just resourcefulness.
Thank you Aaron for your information and your wife GOD BLESS you both
I love seeing these. I drove a school bus for a living. One thing about them I know for sure is, in the winter it is freezing inside and in the summer they are an oven on wheels.
@Brenda Lambert you were safe in that bus than in a car during conditions like that!
i'm pretty sure they dont live in that bus. its neat for a camping trip, thats about it.

I love the movable magnetic pendant light and the bathroom privacy doors. Thanks for another great tour. Cheers!

Lived in a bus 4 summer of 98 or 99 in Jackson hole wy, as I guided rafts on the snake river, remembering good times
Very smart and well done on the interior design. Very open. Some bus builds can seem cluttered.
Beautiful
It's beautiful, very creative, I love how you used different affordable materials, very nice

Nice ...C..OOL Bus! AND! Sony Camera with a Canon lens...? They are so quirky!
wow I like this channel so much I really enjoy it 😉😉
I wish I could get one 😔😒
they don't live in it. its just a show of their interior design "skills"
Are camp stoves safe indoors or do you need to do something for ventilation?
Why couldn't I go to elementary school on a school bus like this back in 1973 and 1974, in kindergarten and the first grade. It would of been nice.
Very nice! God bless!
A bus with soul, that's all that Matters.

Any girl from Telangana India to love to live this way.
i just keep hearing Alyson Hannigans "one day, at band camp" voice.
