This set was a great opportunity of getting the Lizard for the first time in minifigure form. That maybe would've required at least a new mold, we also should've gotten a full Sandman brick-built minifigure. Addditionally, Green Goblin NEEDED leg printing. I also wish that MJ and Ned had new torso prints instead of reusing generic ones, since they are not accurate to the movie. Those changes would've made the set cost more, but they still would've made the set more worth getting, although set is still overdue and I'm glad it's here. There is no denying that this set will sell quite well.

If you want a Lizard figure, you could use the mega bloks version.
they could have done a lot better with MJ’s head instead of just 😏 and 🤨

That's exactly what I was thinking. I think the price should be about $90 instead of $110.
Missed opportunity to not include Sandman or Lizard but darn it this is one of if not the best sets of the year.

My only nitpicks with this set are
1. Doc Ock totally should’ve had his Daily Bugle arms it was just such a good design for the tentacles
2. Green Goblin should’ve included a purple hood piece that would’ve made the figure that much more accurate to the film
Mine are that +no lizard, no leg printing on Norman, innacurate mj/Ned/dr strange, everything about doc ock, and generic face for tobey

This set is perfect for me, my all time favorite Spider-Man design is the amazing spider -man 2 suit and I wasn't gonna spend $10k for the comic con figure. Having a new Tobey Maguire spider-man is amazing also. This is a dream set, I can't wait to pick this up
Another flaw with the minifigures, the Doctor Strange figure is his outfit from Multiverse of Madness, even though they made a No Way Home Strange figure before.
I think that's better, everyone would complain if they just reused the old figure, this way we get two different strange figures

I really hate the green goblin figure in this set personally. He's such an important and iconic character and his figure is just plain cheap in this set. He really needed some leg printing at the very least and I feel that some sort of cloth scarf piece and/or a hood would have gone a long way. It's really sad to see that his figure from 20 years ago is more detailed than the one we get today.
Imagine if a Star Wars set got this many minifigures and love in a set, darn it! Oh the Utopia
LEGO will be punishing us for being Star Wars fans from now until eternity I think. We will never see a similar Star Wars set for $110.
The new Yavin 4 set has a ton of figures but the set itself is quite a bit overpriced for the design.
??? Most SW minifigs have leg printing, and a lot of the most proeminent characters even have arm printing.
The Spidermen in this set and Green Goblin are far from that level of attention to detail
This set definitely suffers from some of the many shortcomings of lego superheroes such as lack of leg/arm prints and even some undesirable figs (ned + mj) instead of Sandman and The lizard. But I can look over these issues because we're getting a set with the 3 live-action spider-men. I hope lego sees how well this sells and tries to make spider-verse sets in the near future.
Ngl I like when sets with one of a kind characters don’t have arm prints or leg prints cause it just sucks when they get damaged

I'm not trying to sound like an old man, but it's Lego. You can use your imagination. If you want a perfect 360 detailed figure, buy an action figure.

This is such a good set, but to me it feels small for the price of $110.
This is 100% a 60-70 dollar set and even then I'd say it's too pricey for what it is. It feels like Lego is just charging extra for the minifigures and the license at this point. This is why I avoid most of their superhero sets these days. If the Statue of Liberty head were a little bigger and could open up properly and not just to reveal a "sandman hand" then I would think about it.
I highly recommend checking out much better custom figures for NWH, that are additionally much cheaper than these 'unprinted legs' official ones... You save money + also get figures with much more care and detail put into them + you can skip overpriced set. + they also made lizard, who is not present at all in here...

They are charging extra for the minifigs. And they barely bothered giving those minifigs leg printing and better accuracy.
Love the more displayable Marvel sets they’re putting out.
Looking forward to getting this one. Love the design and the figures. Plus I grew up with a view of the Statue of Liberty from my block. Always (still) love seeing the statue from any vantage point.
That statue of liberty looks great, plus the scaffolding around it looks cool!
I still can’t believe Green Goblin did not get leg printing and Doc Ock is inaccurate, but it’s a pretty cool display set
As someone who used to be suuper into legos as a kid and has had a small resurgence in interest recently, this set has reminded me why I haven’t bought a set since I was young. 110 dollars is a lot of money and would mark the absolute nicest set I would reasonably be able to get back in the day if I begged my parents, and I just can’t see myself spending that kind of cash on something like this unfortunately. For that price tag, it looks relatively small, and even outside of the cost cutting measures some of the mifig choices are questionable. I wouldn’t mind partaking in the hobby again at some point, it just really is too much money without enough really wowing me to make me want to suck it up and buy it anyways :/
Sucks Ned and MJ aren’t accurate but at least they didn’t completely ghost them like they did Lizard. I honestly don’t get how they didn’t put him in the set.

The set does looks great though, and Ned can probably be fixed, in a few city mini figures use a dark blue hoodie so you could take that and add yellow/orange arms to make him more accurate
this set has so many neat easter eggs and details, definitely gonna get my hands on one
I still have all of the original Spider-Man 1/2 sets from the OG Tobey movies from when I was a kid. All complete with boxes. This will be a great addition to the collection, very nostalgic for me!
I hope they will release the Lizard in maybe a smaller set.
It would be fun to get Lizard, Sandman (mini-fig form), and the black Tom Holland suit in a second set

Wrong colour coat for Doc Ock, Wrong colour coat for Ned, no leg printing for Goblin, no arm printing on any Spidey, Strange wearing the wrong costume. "Only the best is good enough"
Great to see a new Tobey minifig after 19 years, as well as finally seeing a new minifig for Andrew Garfield

Dr. Strange is from multiverse of madness and not no way home. and why does the original Spider-Man have waist printing and the original green goblin has leg printing and yet the new versions don’t. Doc Ock’s coat is also supposed to be dark green/olive color and not gray but I don’t really mind it. Just little things could have made this set even better.

Ned’s blue jacket looks exactly like a university of Michigan jacket. The emblem for U of M is just a blue M and the colors are blue and yellow
I'm really excited for this one. first time we have gotten a lego Tobey Maguire spider-man in 19 years and the ock mini figure is nice as well.
The dock ock grey trench coat is like those new clone trooper to you for marvel fans

i hope this is not the last set we will get from nwh, there is still a way to make this better. First, a set with electro (blue or without a shirt version), sandman and tom holland with the black suit
a second set of iron spider vs doc ock scene including lizard and green goblin, the OG suit, that would fix almost everything wrong about this set and you would have every villain from the movie
I’m gonna wait for this one until January or something. It was either I get this or the Walt Disney camera and I find a dumbo piece more enticing than just the head of the Statue of Liberty
This was an epic scene so seeing it in Lego form is amazing! The figures are also so good with especially the spider man’s with the dual molded legs. But like yeah the display value is where it’s at. Might actually get it at some point. Only complaint I just wish they made sandman another figure I love the detail with the sand scattered all throughout the build but yeah.

This is my most wanted set of the year, SNWH is my favorite movie and to get the 3 spider-men all in 1 set is great, especially Tobey since he is my favorite of 3 spider-men! Love the set, wish we got Lizard and Sand-Man mini-figures, but still great set! Nice review Ryan!
It looks small, but it’s beautiful and all those figures, especially all 3 spidermen make it pretty epic, I might wait for a sale, but I’ll defs buy it.
I don't like the hair piece used for Tobey, but it's nice to see him back as a Lego minifig

Thanks for reviewing this I don’t think I’m gonna spend money on this now. The only detailed part of the goblin is his head and torso and they got doc Ocks jacket color completely wrong along with the ned and MJ screw ups and a Han Solo head for Tobey maguire

I think that if they did the Scaffolding just a bit bigger it would've made the build perfect. A 2 stud wide plate is just too thin imo

Im trying to build my own lego spider society where i already have 3 original spider men minifigs, one black and gold, one miles morales, and one gwen stacy and im also trying to finish my sinister six with vulture, mysterio, and rhino
Honestly wasn't sold on this set until seeing this review. While I do think the set is absurdly cheap (not in terms of price, but in terms of quality) it's still very good. Will I pick it up? Probably not. But I wouldn't rule it out.
👉 I think that the new Doc Oc minifigure should have Green Goblins' hair piece (the one that comes in this set) because the new Doc Oc minifigure is awesome but it is bad when it comes to the hair piece...
I’m definitely getting this set DAY ONE! But it is a shame that there’s no lizard and sandman minifig. But it’s an easy way to get a Toby and Andrew mini fig without breaking the bank

4:08 Mandr, your electro mini fig doesn’t have the Arc reactor print - is that a quality control issue or did you get a rare misprint?
The Statue of Liberty head wobbling and not really connecting to anything is my biggest issue, I was looking in the instructions for ages to see if I missed anything haha

i think its a pretty good idea to create lego sets after the movie cuz then the lego sets would be more accurate (for the most part)

My Andrew Garfield figure from the set has a dark red left foot instead of regular red like the other side.
The set would've been amazing if it included the lizard...but its still really good for the price
