During my college days in 1988, I used ride "Yezdi Classic 250cc Roadster", it was awesome experience with smooth riding, but it was heavy weight and it was used to give 25 to 28 km/ltr within town & during those days petrol cost was Rs. 8.50 /-. Those days my pocket was Rs.15 per day 🤣, unforgettable memories.

Tough times ahead for Royal Enfield. First Mojo, a product ahead of its time, market rejected it. Then Perak and 42, okay the bikers took a slight notice of Mahindra/Jawa. And finally these 3 bikes from Jawa, spot on styling and appropriate power in this price bracket/ cc bracket. Something that other auto makers had been ignoring for quite some time, Mahindra/Jawa have fulfilled that. My love goes to Mahindra and Mahindra!

I'm a meteor 350 owner. I feel that after 100kmph, the bike just refuses to accelerate. This was felt by my friends also. But it is one of the most comfortable bike out there if not the most comfortable one. Also it is a cruiser, you just can't use it to drag and brag. JAWA have done a commendable job with Yezdi series. They will appeal a lot to urban demography. This will cause a change in market dynamics for sure!
All royal enfield models refuse to perform in power, features and safety... Even sometimes chassis breaks in two or the body corrodes in like 2 3 years or so its fails in fuel economy too 😂😂😂 royal enfield just performs dug dug and that punjabi people doing punjabi songs and shit this is what royal enfields are made for 😂😂😂😂😂

I have a interceptor 650...but I am becoming a fan for scrumbler ... being a Mysore I had a roadking during my college day and I was missing it even today ..I had booked jawa and interceptor both at a time but I didn't like the jawa so I choose interceptor instead ..but now I feel scrambler will be a good choice for me and after seeing this video I am gonna take my yezdi...😍

Perak engine, liquid cooled, DOHC setup, twin pipes, top notch quality is nomatch for RE long stroke engines and unreliability. Scrambler is a winner here for CL.

One thing I like about Meteor is the low end torque which is missing in Yezdi but once Yezdi increase the acceleration it will make the Meteor disappear from sight because Yezdi has nearly 50 percent more bhp than Meteor

Comparing a scrambler (with already higher power figures ) with a cruiser in a drag race and then declaring the winner doesn't make much sense.
A cruiser is meant for cruising the roads without much stressing the engine.Can this scrambler give the comfort of Meteor 350 ? Never ever.Likewise Meteor can't meet the power delivery provided by the Scrambler...
So both are meant for different riding styles...

I have RE classic 350, it's only comfortable when you ride it in 60-70 kmph, above that you can't ride it for long stretch, it just hurts your hands because of the vibrations (the BS 4 model) I don't know about the new bs6 models, I believe we should be able to cruise at around 100 if you have a 350 cc. RE is an emotion though, so is Yezdi for the ones who's fathers owned them in the old days.

I went on to buy R15 V3, although very sporty stance, I used to love riding it but it was stolen 6 months back.

Royal Enfield's built quality and metal quality are wrost now. Easy rusting parts. But, jawa is okay with quality. Engine also got updations and in yezdi it gives a more refined one..... I hope it is better than Enfield range. I like roadster than meteor and adventure is best compared to Himalayan
Yes... My friend's Classic 350 (2021) is vibrating highly at 60kmph while my uncle's 2018 Classic 350 didn't vibrate much even at 100kmph even his classic was in worst condition

RE is an undersquare long stroke engine with a purpose, it's for cruising. In yezdi you get a sporty engine with a bike that looks like cruiser.

Your comment is spot on. The R15 at 150CC does 125-130 on open roads. And here we have speed tests with 350 CC bikes which cant go beyond 120.

I own a meteor , it a huge bike , on multiple occasions people stopped me to inquire about my bike , its a beautiful machine, that being said i am highly impressed by yezdi scrambler looks , waiting for its long time review then I might switch to yezdi .
Leaving my love my Yezdi aside, why would anyone want to compare a Scrambler with a Cruiser? Scramblers are known as dirtbikes which essentially do off-roading, ideally though Yezdi Scrambler is a semi off-roader. While Cruisers motorcycles with lower center of gravity and comfort, preferably for longer rides !
This is like comparing an SUV & a sedan and blaming SUVs for feeling the drag because of non-aerodynamic design like sedans. SUVs are for comfort, long distance & some off-terrain (not completely rugged) while sedan is for city roads & highways.
If at all a meaningful comparison was to be made, a compare Yezdi Adventure & RE Himalayan.

Driving Meteor 350 for 4 months now. It's not about speeding everytime, it's about comfort. You can easily do 100-200 KM in a day and you won't feel tired. You can't say that about Yezdi, it's not comfortable for long ride

I have RE 350x bs4 it's hard after hitting 110 in long stretch the bike feels lot of vibration if u don't have gloves in hands it's quite uncomfortable to ride for so long I does working 6days 60km nd 380km on weeked it will be fucking pain in hands better to go with yezdi it have good topspeed nd breaking efficiency compair to RE. My bike is well maintained still feels sick while putting breaks it doesn't have good efficiency nd feels sick I have r12v2 it's been 79k km since 2014 it's still soft like when I bought it. But feel sick about re I want buy ts bike

The only practical bike wrt price i see in market is Dominar 400. No one else gives so much power and features in that price.

@@shridhan6688 actually, being a Domi owner, I beg to differ. It's certainly not 150cc effortless in traffic, but on the move you don't really feel the weight, even at very low speeds. The rock solid stability that you get is a huge blessing on the highways, and that's an extra. REs are no featherweight bikes either.

Difference between a long stroke vs short stock engine. Dug dug sound comes from those long stroke engine is the kye of RE bike sell, and also the low top end.

Yezdi bike engine is sporrty type( high RPM) but RE engine is like low rpm engine ..so it's not good for top end performance...but re is best for under 100 kmph cruising with feel of engine sound..not with stock silencers. ..I know if u love with sporty type engine then obviously RE is not for you..and also jawa bike which has smaller cc engine is also better than RE for top end performance ...

@@PD-dj7cu Roadster will probably go even faster because it's tuned for the tarmac - with it's street spec tyres. The scrambler even with its on-off road tires smoked RE.
RE or any kind of cruisers are not meant for racing bro, but still a good comparison. Still a RE lover, riding it slow can also distinct you from others on road. The slower you ride the more dug dug you feel. :)

In YEZDI, if they have given a option as flat seat; then it will be outstanding in looks and cover all riders such as family man's and youngsters!!! but they failed!! as the seat is slide up ; it will be uncomfortable for pillions

You guys upshift very late on Yezdi. Yezdi has fast revving liquid cooled motor, engine is shouting to upshift then you are giving a delay of a second. Just upshift at the right moment without letting go of accelerator how its done on Yamaha RX series engines then you won't even see RE in the side view mirrors of Yezdi.

@@MADHAN_VJ You are right bro but there other factors too. The service from RE is getting worsen day by day. After every long run it needs an treatment. I went service station 3 times in just two month. May be it's my bad luck but people working there are not enough qualified and experienced.

@@ronny6807 No. Meteor has a superior ride comfort... especially for long cruises. Also, abundant availability of service centres where as for yezdi, it's really small. Also, most people prefer the looks of meteor over the scrambler. And the meteor has less vibration than any of the three yezdis
